Eurokids International Preschool Manish Nagar, conducted there Second Annual Gathering on 23 Feb 2020 in PMG hall, Madhav Nagar. The chief guest for the event was Ms Kanika Anand Sejal (Principal Royal Gondwana School) & Mrs.

Bhumika Hiwase (Mrs. Maharashtra Super Icon 2019 & Mrs Intelligent 2019). The program started with the dance performance of kids, with the theme of transforming the world, dance on BAN ON

PLASTIC (SONG: TIK TIK PLASTIC) was an attraction for all our parents and earned lots of applause. KG-I kids performed a skit.

Father-child was another addition to the main program, which gained lots of appreciation from our chief guests. Followed by EURO-MOM fashion show for all our mothers, all the participants were excited for the show, around 30 mothers participated in it, showcasing their talent through ramp-walk & introduction. The first winner was Mrs Ambika Joshi, the Second winner was Mrs, Shikha Lonare & Third winner was Mrs Kimya Pyaramwar. Best titles was also awarded to 10 participants. Director of Eurokids Manish Nagar Mrs Rashmi M. Sarode, & Mandar Sarode congratulated all Parents and teachers for making the event a grand success.

Nagpur: A group of heads of cities will visit government schools in Delhi to study the turnaround witnessed by these institutions under the Aam Admi Party (AAP) led by Arvind Kejriwal. Office bearers from the School Headmasters Charitable Association (SHCA) said the visit is likely to occur in the second or third week of March.

SHCA founder-chairman Zafar Khan said, “The Delhi school model is something that needs to be studied in great detail. It is amazing how Kejriwal and the minister of education Manish Sisodiya changed the schools there.

SHCA will visit some of these schools and communicate with officials from the education department in Delhi to understand how the transition has been made. “Khan, who is currently in Delhi, is completing the preliminary formalities for next month’s visit.

SHCA, which represents supported school principals from the district of Nagpur, says this visit is not just for photo-ops. Khan said, “The visit to Delhi and meeting with educational officials will be a precursor to serious introspection among all of us. Back in Nagpur, we’re going to have intense meetings with members and see how we can do the same with Maharashtra schools.

“After these meetings within the fraternity of the principal, SHCA aims to receive feedback from other stakeholders such as parents, teachers, social workers, counselors, etc. and prepare a comprehensive report. Khan said, “Our study will include all aspects of Delhi schools and how that turnaround was achieved.

Then we’ll address ground-level facts about Maharashtra and what needs to be done to replicate the Delhi school success pattern. “SHCA won’t be Nagpur’s first party to go out to Delhi to learn from their performance in schooling. The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) also sent a team of corporates and some officials to Delhi last year to survey how the schools work there.

Even MLC Nago Ganar has been a vocal supporter of the Delhi model, representing the teachers ‘ constituency. Ganar said all governments must drastically increase spending on school education to achieve desired outcomes.

Nagpur: St. Francis de Sales High School, Jr. The College in Sadar, Nagpur, will mark its 150th anniversary this year. The celebration will begin with the opening of this Jubilee year on 23 January 2020. The feast of St. Francis de Sales, their patron saint, will be celebrated with the Holy Eucharist at 5:30 p.m. in the SFS Primary premises. The Most Reverend Elias Gonsalves, Archbishop of Nagpur, will be the main celebrant, and all the priests affiliated with the S.F.S. will be present for the Mass. The school has arranged year-long activities, both intra-and inter-school, for our students, teachers, parents, ex-students and ex-teachers, which will include cultural events, sports, debates and essay contests, and will be coordinated by the S.F.S.

Founded in 1870 by just four students, Kamptee, St. Francis de Sales, High School and Junior College grew and expanded enormously. The school currently provides education, along with all-round growth, to more than 3,500 students.
