रेस्टॉरंट  सुरु करण्यासाठी मार्गदर्शक तत्वे अंतिम झाल्यावर पुढील निर्णय- मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे

रेस्टॉरंट व्यवसायिकांच्या संघटना प्रतिनिधीशी संवाद मुंबई दि. २८:- राज्य शासनाने रेस्टॉरंट सुरु करण्यासाठी मार्गदर्शक तत्वे तयार केली असून ती सर्व संबंधितांना पाठवण्यात आली आहेत.ती अंतिम झाल्यानंतर रेस्टॉरंट सुरु करण्याबाबतचा निर्णय घेतला जाईल, असे मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी आज सांगितले. आज मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी  राज्यातील औरंगाबाद, पुणे, मुंबई आणि नागपूर येथील रेस्टॉरंट व्यवसायिक संघटनांच्या प्रतिनिधींसमवेत चर्चा केली त्यावेळी ते बोलत होते. कोरोनाचे संकट मोठे असून या संकटकाळात हॉटेल आणि रेस्टॉरंट व्यवसायिक शासनासोबत असल्याचे समाधान वाटत असल्याचे मुख्यमंत्री यावेळी म्हणाले. ते पुढे म्हणाले की, आजही कोविडवर लस किंवा औषध उपलब्ध नाही त्यामुळे कोरोनासोबत जगतांना अत्यंत काळजीपुर्वक पुढे जावे लागत आहे. रुग्णांमध्ये पोस्ट कोविड लक्षणे दिसून येत आहेत. आर्थिक बाबींसाठी जबाबदारीने आपण काही पाऊले टाकायला सुरुवात केली आहे.

आतापर्यंत अनेक व्यवहार बंद होते ते आपण एकेक सुरु करत आहोत. व्यवहार बंद ठेवणे हा काही आवडीचा विषय असूच शकत नाही. त्यामुळे त्यांच्याकडून कर रुपात राज्य शासनाला मिळणारा महसूल ही बंद आहे. केंद्र शासनाकडून जीएसटीची काही हजार कोटी रुपयांची रक्कम मिळणे बाकी आहे.  या सर्व आर्थिक अडचणींची शासनास जाणीव आहे म्हणूनच मर्यादा पाळून आणि जबाबदारीचे भान ठेऊन व्यवहार सुरळित करण्याचा आपला प्रयत्न आहे. माझे कुटुंब माझी जबाबदारी… तशीच तुमचीही… राज्य शासनाने माझे कुटुंब- माझी जबाबदारी हे अभियान राबविण्यास सुरुवात केल्याची माहिती मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी दिली. ते म्हणाले की, अवघा महाराष्ट्र हे माझे कुटुंब आहे, त्यात हॉटेल-रेस्टॉरंट व्यवसायिक ही आलेच. जशी माझी जबाबदारी इतरांप्रमाणे तुमच्याप्रती आहे तशीच तुमची जबाबदारी ही तुमच्या ग्राहकासाठी आणि तुमच्या रेस्टॉरंटमध्ये काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांप्रती आहे. कोविडमुळे कोरोना योद्धे ही बाधित झाले आहेत, दुर्देवाने काही जणांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे. त्यामुळे जी गोष्ट आपण सुरळित करू ती अतिशय काळजीपूर्वक, जबाबदारीचे भान ठेऊन सुरु करत आहोत. त्याचदृष्टीने रेस्टॉरंट व्यवसायिकांसाठी एसओपी तयार करण्यात आली आहे. ती त्यांना अडचणीत आणण्यासाठी नक्कीच नाही. जीवनशैलीत बदल करणे आवश्यक आता सण उत्सव आणि पावसाचे दिवस आहेत. गर्दी होत आहे..

लोकांचा संयम हा देखील महत्वाचा विषय आहे. पण कोरोना सोबत जगतांना आता आपल्या प्रत्येकाला आपल्या जीवनशैलीत बदल करावा लागणार आहे.  म्हणजे काय तर मास्क लावणे, हात धुणे,  शारीरिक अंतर राखणे अत्यंत महत्वाचे ठरणार आहे. रेस्टॉरंट सुरु करतांना या तीनही गोष्टीची अत्यंत काळजी घेणे अत्यावश्यक ठरणार आहे रेस्टॉरंटमधील शेफ, सेवा देणारे व इतर कर्मचाऱ्यांची आरोग्यविषयक काळजी घेणे महत्वाचे राहणार आहे. त्यांनी मास्क लावणे, हात धुणे गरजेचे आहे. रेस्टॉरंटची सुरक्षितता आणि स्वच्छता या दोन्ही गोष्टी महत्वाच्या राहणार असल्याचेही त्यांनी स्पष्ट केले. एकत्रित बसून मार्गदर्शक तत्वे अंतिम करा या विषाणुने बाधित ८० टक्के लोकांना लक्षणे दिसून येत नसली तरी त्यांच्याकडून विषाणुचा प्रसार होऊ शकतो जी बाब गंभीर आहे हे स्पष्ट करून मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले की, एसओपीचे पालन, स्वच्छता, सुरक्षितता, शारीरिक अंतर पाळणे ही रेस्टॉरंटसाठीची रेसीपी आहे… आपले नाते विश्वासाचे असल्याचेही सांगतांना महाराष्ट्राला आपलं कुटुंब मानणारी प्रत्येक व्यक्ती या जबाबदारीचे भान ठेऊन यात सहभागी होईल असा विश्वास मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केला तसेच सर्वांनी एकत्रित बसून मार्गदर्शक तत्वे अंतिम करण्याच्या सुचनाही त्यांनी यावेळी दिल्या. सर्व रेस्टॉरंट व्यवसायिकांची पुन्हा एकदा बैठक घेऊन एसओपी फायनल करू असे गृह विभागाचे अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव सीताराम कुंटे यांनी यावेळी सांगितले.

बिगिन अगेन: 8 जुलाई से होटल और लॉज भी खुलेंगे

मुंबई:- कंटेन्मेंट क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर, राज्य सरकार ने बुधवार, 8 जुलाई से होटल, लॉज और गेस्ट हाउस को क्षमता से 33 प्रतिशत की सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए अनुमति दी है। मिशन बिगिन अगेन के तहत, इन व्यवसायों को कोरोना काल के नियम और शर्तों के साथ सेवाएं शुरू करने की अब अनुमति है।

मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे ने रविवार को होटल एसोसिएशन के साथ एक बैठक की। इसमें, मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा था कि इस व्यवसाय को शुरू करने की प्रक्रिया जल्द तय की जाएगी। तदनुसार, अब अनुमति दी गई है। इस संबंध में आदेश मुख्य सचिव संजय कुमार ने सोमवार 6 जुलाई को जारी किया

नियमों का पालन: होटल के फ्रंट व्यू में कोविड के बारे में निवारक उपायों और दिशानिर्देशों के बारे में सूचना बोर्ड, साथ ही भीड़ से बचने और उचित पार्किंग व्यवस्था, यह सुनिश्चित करना जरूरी है कि सामाजिक दूरी बनी रहे। थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग के अलावा, रिसेप्शन रूम में सुरक्षात्मक ग्लास होना चाहिए।

कीटाणुरोधी लिक्विड सभी के लिए आसानी से उपलब्ध कराया जाना चाहिए।‌‌ होटल लॉजिंग के अंदर गेस्ट और स्टाफ को सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन कराना, मास्क ग्लोज पहनना अनिवार्य। होटल में डायनिंग गैदरिंग नही होगी। होटल में जिम स्विमिंग को अनुमति नही होगी, डिस्पोजेबल चीजों के इस्तेमाल पर जोर देना होगा।

स्टाफ सहित अतिथि को मास्क, दस्ताने आदि प्रदान किए जाने चाहिए। मुद्रा विनिमय के लिए डिजिटल प्लेटफार्म पर जोर देना होगा। लिफ्ट मे संख्या भी नियंत्रित होनी चाहिए। एयर कंडीशनिंग के संबंध में समय-समय पर दिए निर्देशों का पालन करना महत्वपूर्ण है। तापमान 24 से 30 डिग्री सेल्सियस और आर्द्रता 40 से 70 प्रतिशत होनी चाहिए। केवल बिना किसी लक्षण वाले मेहमानों को होटल में जाने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए, उन्हें मास्क पहनना जरूरी होना चाहिए।

आरोग्य सेतु ऐप को उनके मोबाइल पर डाउनलोड कराना होगा। एवं उन्हें अपने यात्रा विवरण, स्वास्थ्य जानकारी और पहचान पत्र भी प्रदान करना आवश्यक है। होटल के कमरे साफ और सॅनिटाईज होने चाहिए। प्रत्येक अतिथि के जाने के बाद इस प्रक्रिया को दोहराया जाना चाहिए। यदि कोई मेहमान बीमार या उसमे लक्षण हैं, तो उन्हें कॉरंटाइन कराना आवश्यक है।‌‌

After lockdown, hotel industry will change forever: Experts

Nagpur:- Hotel industry is looking at a change in the way it operates after lockdown, felt experts who participated in a webinar organized by Hotel Management College of Tuli. Although the current time is rough, they all agreed that both the overall economy and hospitality sector will bounce back within a year.

Sudhir Andrews, former head of the prestigious Indian Institute of Hotel Management (Delhi), sees decreased contact with people. “Easy opening of hotels with fewer people and easy and self-service menus will be there. Zero Degree Bar in MIDC Raided

Zero Degree bar in MIDC area, raided of laying bare beyond the law, as it was bustling with overdrunk youths even at that time. Crime Branch DCP Gajanan Rajmane and his party conducted the raid. The owner of the bar is Tapan Ramesh Kumar Jaiswal of Bhende LayOut, Swawalambi Nagar. Due to wrong reasons, The bar has always been in the news. Once a criminal opened fire here. The bar remained crowded by anti-social elements and criminals. Recently police came to know that some wanted criminals were a regular visitor of the bar. The bar remained open till early morning. Earlier, also police had conducted raids on the bar and had taken action for opening the bar beyond the limit. DCP Gajanan Rajmane came to know that the bar was running in the early morning at gam during the night patrolling. In a secret way, Police raided the bar but the bar employees alerted the customers seeing the police van. Police covered the bar but few customers got out by the back door. Police got 58 customers including young boys and girls. Some gay customers tried to create a din but police went tough on them. During questioning, young boys and girls tried to hide their identity. Police suspected that some of the youths were also minor. However, the police released them later.

Most of the customers were in a drunken state. There was also a cabin in the bar for special customers. A large number of bonne-en were there to control the drunk people. The night was a dark phase for Zero degree customers, owner and staff. During the inquiry , Jaiswal avoided most of the questions. He had not given the proper answer about the personal cabins. Police suspected that drugs were also being. However, the drugs and other stuff were kept hidden during the raid. There were all over 75 employees including bouncers in the bar.

MTDC Restorts in Jammu & Kashmir,Leh.

In Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh State Government is finally ready to set up two Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation Resorts. One Resort will be located near Srinagar and another one at Leh in Ladakh. Rs. 2Crore has been allocated for the project by the government, said State Tourism Minister and MTDC Chairman Jaykumar Rawal. On Tuesday board meeting of MTDC was held and there over the decision was taken. After the abrogation of Article 370 and Article 35A, State Government Officials claimed this would make Maharashtra the first state to invest in Kashmir.

This decision enables the resident from another part of the country to buy land in this region. The Rawal said “The resort at Ladakh will be a mountaineering institute with an adjoining resort. A team of state officials will visit the places to find suitable sites. They are planning to finalize things in the next one month,”. In two weeks state officials will visit the place said, officials. The state is also looking for the location very close to Airport and Railway added Rawal

Rawal also said “We will appoint a consultant who will help us finalize the sites. Our first preference will be government land; we are also in touch with the state tourism board. The state is also open to buying private land if needed,” said Rawal. The letter will be given by CM DevendraFadanvis to Jammu & Kashmir governor Satya Pal Malik requesting him to extend help for the project.
