Nagpur, Dec 23 (Reuters)–In the Vidarbha region of Western Maharashtra, soybean and cotton oil prices grew on seasonal demand for fresh purchases by Vansaspati millers in the midst of a strong global trend. Since Malaysian palm oil and American soya digam recovered smartly, sentiment also changed. According to reports, a healthy increase on NCDEX and a fresh rise in soybean oil prices in Madhya Pradesh also fuelled prices.

Soya, cotton, groundnut free, groundnut refined, sunflower refined, linseed, hemp, castor and coconut KP oil ruled steadily here in thin trade.
Traders expect soybean oil to grow further here.

Nagpur, Dec 23 (Reuters) – Gram recovered strongly in Nagpur Agriculture Produce and Marketing
Company (APMC) here good seasonal demand from local millers amid tight supply from producing
regions. Healthy rise on NCDEX and upward trend in Madhya Pradesh pulses also helped to push up
prices here.
About 50 bags of gram reported for auction, according to sources.
