According to Tambe, on February 9, the team raided his place and recovered 1,130 kg of plastic bags and recovered Rs5,000 in fine. Just a month later, on March 12, the team again found around 3.5 kg of banned plastic bags in its premises. Because it was his second offence, Gupta paid Rs10,000 as a penalty.
