पखवाड़ा समापन समारोह पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में सुश्री कुमुद ने बताया कि हिंदी पखवाड़े के अंतर्गत विभिन्न हिंदी प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया। इन सभी प्रतियोगिताओं में स्टाफ सदस्यों ने चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया। प्रतियोगिताओं में जीतने वाले स्टाफ सदस्यों के साथ स्थानीय शाखों ने भी बेहतरीन कार्य निष्पादन के लिए राजभाषा शिल्ड प्रदान की गई। प्रतियोगिताओं में जीतने वाले स्टाफ सदस्यों के साथ क्षेत्र की चार शाखाओं को बेहतरीन कार्य निष्पादन के लिए राजभाषा शील्ड प्रदान किया गया । कुल 10 स्टाफ सदस्यों को वर्ष के दौरान अच्छे कार्य करने के लिए नकद पुरस्कार एवं प्रमाण पत्र से सम्मानित किया गया। आयोजित कुल 6 प्रतियोगिताओं में कई विजेताओं को शील्ड, पुरस्कार एवं गिफ्ट से पुरस्कृत किया गया ।
