Former NU Registrar and renowned academic Mahesh Yenkie says the faculty is the key. “The absence of a faculty is apparent in many colleges, and that’s where the problem begins. Gupta delivered a presidential address at the inauguration of Vigyan Mahotsav ‘ Vision 2020,’ a three-day science exhibition for school and college students organized as part of Khasdar Sanskrutik Mahotsav.

The exhibition was organized jointly by Khasdar Sanskrutik Mahotsav Samiti, My Science Lab (MSL), Stree Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Natraj Niketan Sanstha and Nagpur Education Department at Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Nandanvan.

The program included Ravindra Fadnavis, President of Stree Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Sandip Rathod, Deputy Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, MSL co-founders Dhananjay Balpande and Avinash Gaikwad, and Director of the State Institute of Science Ravindra Ramatkar, among others.

Gupta said, “Science is an integrated technology field and its progress is vertical.
