नागपूर:- गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख सांगतात, आगामी बकरी ईद, गणेशोत्सव आदी उत्सवांवेळी राज्य सरकारने बजावलेल्या सूचनांचे काटेकोरपणे पालन केले पाहिजे आणि कायदा व सुव्यवस्था राखण्यासाठी कडक बंदोबस्त राखावा. विभागीय आयुक्त कार्यालयात कायदा व सुव्यवस्थेच्या संदर्भात झालेल्या आढावा बैठकीत त्यांनी या सूचना दिल्या. ते म्हणाले की कोरोना आपत्तीकाळासाठी सरकारने घरीच सणांचे आयोजनासाठीच्या मार्गदर्शक सूचना जारी केल्या आहेत. त्यांची काटेकोरपणे अंमलबजावणी व्हायला हवी.

या बैठकीला पालकमंत्री नितीन राऊत, खासदार कृपाल तुमाने, आमदार प्रकाश गजभिये, विकास ठाकरे, विभागीय आयुक्त संजीव कुमार, जिल्हाधिकारी रवींद्र ठाकरे, मनपा आयुक्त मुंडे, विशेष पोलिस महानिरीक्षक के.एम. मल्लिकार्जुन प्रसन्ना, पोलिस सहआयुक्त नीलेश भरणे, आरोग्य उपसंचालक डॉ. संजय जयस्वाल, मेडिकलचे डीन डॉ. सजल मित्र, मेयोचे डीन, डॉ अजय केवलिया, डॉ व्ही.डी. पातूरकर, डॉ.अविनाश गावंडे व अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

ते म्हणाले की, राज्याच्या तुलनेत जिल्ह्यात कोरोना केसेसची संख्या कमी आहे, तरीही आता ही संख्या वाढली आहे. त्यावर नियंत्रण ठेवण्यासाठी लॉकडाऊनचे पालन नागरिकांनी गंभीरतेने केले नाही. प्रशासन व पोलिस विभागाने हे नियम पाळले जाण्यास्तव कठोर पावले उचलायला हवी.

समन्वयाने काम: पालकमंत्री राऊत म्हणाले की, सर्व विभागांचे अधिकारी यांनी एकमेकांशी आणि लोकप्रतिनिधींच्या समन्वयाने कार्य केले पाहिजे, जेणेकरुन नागरिकांस होणा-या अडचणी टाळता येतील. लोकांचा आत्मविश्वासही वाढेल. ते म्हणाले की कोरोना वेगाने वाढू लागला आहे आणि त्यावर नियंत्रण ठेवण्यासाठी पोलिसांद्वारे नियमांची काटेकोरपणे अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी पावले उचलली पाहिजेत. ते म्हणाले की, प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्राचे भाग लहान आणि मर्यादित ठेवले पाहिजे जेणेकरून नागरिकांना त्रास होऊ नये. कोरोना ग्रामीण भागातही पसरला आहे. हे रोखण्यासाठीच्या प्रयत्नांत शेतकर्‍यांना कुठल्याही प्रकारचा अडथळा येऊ नये याचीही काळजी घेतली पाहिजे. खासदार तुमाने यांनीही काही सूचना केल्या. बैठकीत नियमांचे उल्लंघन करणार्‍यांवर कारवाईची माहितीही अधिका-यांनी दिली.

Nagpur: The early morning calm will become more peaceful and holy as Lord Shiva’s devotees offer prayers and panchamrut (a mixture of five ingredients) amid the scent of essence sticks at the temples today on Mahashivratri’s Holy day. Temples of Lord Shiva throughout the city were designed to welcome devotees lined up to offer prayers.

Temples and their surroundings in the city are covered in celebration colours, as devotees and Shiv bhakts will give’ abhishek’ and pujas to pray and witness. Devotees stay awake on the darkest night of the year, offering prayers, conducting rituals, and paying obeisance to Lord Shiva.

Nikhil Tandulkar, a sevak at the city’s Prachin Shiv Mandir, shared his excitement about the holy festival, “Our temple is very ancient, and has a special place in the devotees ‘ hearts. लक्ष्मीपूजन विधी

लक्ष्मीपूजनाला पाटावर रांगोळी काढून तांदूळ ठेवतात. तसेच तांब्यात श्रीफळ ठेवून त्याच्या बाजून पाच आंब्याची पाने ठेवतात. लक्ष्मीची मूर्ती पाटावर ठेवून पाटाच्या बाजूने केळीची पाने लावली जातात. तसेच घरातील सर्व सोन्याचे दागिने, पैसे, आदी सोन्या-चांदीच्या मौल्यवान वस्तू ठेवल्या जातात.

लक्ष्मीपूजनाच्या दिवशी लक्ष्मीला फराळाचा आणि लाह्या-बत्तास्यांचा नैवेद्य दाखवला जातो. आपल्या घरात लक्ष्मीचे वास्तव्य कायम राहावे, अमावस्येला ‘लक्ष्मी’ आणि ‘कुबेर’ या देवतांचे पूजन केले जाते. लक्ष्मी ही संपत्तीची देवता आहे तर, कुबेर हा संपत्ती संग्रहक असल्याचे म्हटले जाते. तसेच या खास दिवशी नवीन केरसुणीची पूजा केली जाते. या केरसुणीने घरातील कचरा बाहेर टाकला जातो तसाच आपल्यातील वाईट सवयी, विचार बुद्धिबाहेर टाकले जावेत यासाठी प्रार्थना केली जाते.धार्मिक मान्यतेनुसार, घरात उत्साह, स्वच्छता, सौंदर्य, आनंद पाहून लक्ष्मी सर्वत्र संचार करते, म्ह्णून या दिवशी आनंदी आणि निश्चिन्त असणे आवश्यक आहे.
