15 अप्रैल से कुछ शर्तों के साथ खुल सकता है लॉकडाउन, जानें क्या है सरकार की तैयारी

कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए 14 अप्रैल तक पूरे देश में लॉकडाउन है। बाजार बंद हैं। ट्रेनें, बसें, हवाई जहाज, टैक्सियां कुछ भी नहीं चल रहा। ऐसे में सरकार ने लॉकडाउन खोलने की तैयारियों पर चर्चा शुरू कर दी  है। शुक्रवार को उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इस संबंध में अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। जिसमें कहा गया लॉकडाउन खुलने का मतलब पूरी छूट नहीं होगा। यूपी सरकार 14 अप्रैल के बाद लोकडाउन हटने की सूरत में कई बन्दिशें बरकरार रखेगी। इसका मकसद अफ़रातफ़री को रोकना व सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करने का है। 

स्कूल कालेज बंद रहेंगे, फंसे लोगों को मिलेगी तरजीह
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, सरकार बेसिक  व माध्यमिक स्कूल व कॉलेज आगे भी एक निश्चित अवधि तक बंद रखेगी लेकिन टेक्निकल व व्यवसायिक कॉलेज खोलने की तैयारी है। लॉकडाउन जब खुलेगा तब पहले उन लोगों को आने जाने में तवज्जों दी जाएगी, जो कई दिनों से इधर उधर फंसे हुए हैं। और घर नहीं जा पा रहे हैं। इसके लिए सीमित दायरे में परिवहन सेवा शुरू होगी।

बाजार व मंडियां खुल सकती हैं, माल रह सकते हैं बंद
 बाजार व मंडियों को खोला जाएगा। माल में मल्टीपलेक्स को इस दायरे से बाहर रखने की योजना बन रही है। मुख्यमंत्री का कहना है कि डीएम व एसपी पहले लॉक डाउन हटाने के बाद के हालात का आकलन अभी कर लें, जिससे बाद की आने वाली मुश्किलों से निपटा जा सके। सरकार का जोर 15 के बाद भी कही भी किसी रूप में भीड़ न लगने देने का है। मौजूदा वक्त की सारी ऐहतियात बाद में भी सख्ती से बरती जाएगी। इसमें समूह में न निकलने से लेकर सैनिटाइजेशन तक शामिल हैं।

कम संक्रमण वाले जिलों में पहले हटेगा लाकडाउन
सरकार पहले उन जिलों से लॉकडाउन हटाएगी, जहाँ कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण अपेक्षा काफी  कम है। इसमे भी वायरस संक्रमण वाले हॉट स्पॉट चिन्हित किए जा रहे हैं। सूत्र बताते हैं कि तब्लीगी जमात के संक्रिम त लोग कई जिलों में पहुँच चुके हैं और कोरोना वैरियर बन हुए हैं। ऐसे लोगो के कारण खास जिलों या उनके खास इलाको में जांच पूरी होने तक बंदिश रहेगी। सीएम ने पहले 15 जिलो में व बाद में पूरे यूपी में लॉकडाउन का एलान किया। 24 मार्च को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देश भर में इसका ऐलान करते हुए सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करने को कहा था। पीएम ने हाल में 14 अप्रैल के बाद लॉक डाउन हटाने का संकेत दिया है।

लॉकडाउन खुलने पर सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग पर अमल  करें 
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि अगर 15 अप्रैल से लॉकडाउन खुलता है तो हालात बहुत चुनौतीपूर्ण होंगे। सभी को इसका पूरा ख्याल रखना जरूरी है। ऐसे में जो जहां फंसा होगा, वहां से आने का प्रयास करेगा। इन हालातों में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग पर अमल कराना बेहद चुनौतीपूर्ण होगा। इसके लिए अभी से कार्ययोजना तैयार करें। स्कूल, कॉलेज, अलग-अलग तरह के बाजार और मॉल कब और कैसे खुलेंगे इसकी कार्ययोजना तैयार करें। सीएम ने शुक्रवार को बैठक कर टीम-11 के ऑफिसर्स के साथ लॉक डाउन के खुलने की स्थिति की चर्चा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हर जरूरतमंद तक समय से भोजन पहुंचाने के लिए स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं की भी मदद लें। संबंधित जिलों के डीएम से समन्वय कर आंगनबाड़ी का पौष्टिक आहार भी घर-घर तक पहुंचाएं।

एक हजार करोड़ का कोरोना केयर फंड तैयार करेंगे
सरकार 1000 करोड़ रुपये का कोरोना केयर फंड तैयार करेगी। इस फंड से टेस्टिंग लैब की सुविधाएं बढ़ाने के साथ इलाज में जरूरी और उपकरणों मसलन वेंटीलेटर, मास्क, सेनिटाइजर, पीपीई (पर्सनल प्रोटेक्शन इक्यूपमेंट) आदि की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। इस फंड में सरकार तो मदद देगी ही, अन्य लोगों के अलावा कॉरपोरेट सोशल रिस्पांसबलटी के तहत औद्योगिक घरानों से भी मदद ली जाएगी। प्रयास होगा कि हर मंडल और सभी 24 सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेजों में जांच की सुविधा हो।

Railways are ramping up masks and sanitizers in-house to supplement the Government of India’s health-care efforts

By 1 April 2020 Indian Railways developed a total of 287704 nos. of masks and 25806 litres of sanitizers All railway zones do this but some like CR and WR have ramped up Masks and hand sanitizers are made available to all employees on duty; they are also made available to contract staff Continuing the steps taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Indian Railways In this direction Indian Railways manufactures in-house masks and sanitizers in all its Zonal Railways, Processing Units, and PSUs.

In its Zonal Railways, Production Units and PSUs Indian Railways manufactured a total of 287704 nos. of masks and 25806 litres of sanitizer by 1st April 2020. Within this regard some of the Indian Railway Zones have taken the lead, such as Central Railway with 22580 nos. of masks & 2693 litres of sanitizer, Western Railway with 46313 nos. of masks & 700 litres of sanitizer, North Central Railway with 26567 nos. of masks & 3100 litres of sanitizer and Eastern Railway with 14800 nos. of masks & 2620 litres of sanitizer.

Because Indian Railways freight operations run 24X7 to maintain critical products and supplies of goods, operational and maintenance personnel operate round the clock. The following are maintained at all workplaces to ensure the health of these workers and to raise their morale: I Masks and hand sanitizers are made available to all workers who are in service. These are also guaranteed for contract labourers.

Any workplace is provided with ii. Soap, water and washing facilities. Hands-free washing facilities were provided with the local technologies.

The iii. Social distancing is given. In this regard, knowledge is distributed regularly among all the workers such as trackmen, locomotive pilots etc.

In house production of masks by RPF

To ensure the in-house production of reusable washable masks, the help of ladies living in the outhouse was taken. Kusum and his husband living in my outhouse willingly supported the move and they are producing 100 masks per day to be used by RPF. She will be producing 1100 masks. RPF has provided her with cloth

Similarly, to utilise the talent of RPF staff, one staff HC Pawan Namdeo of Ballarshah post of Nagpur CR, willingly came forward and is making masks after his duty from the bed sheet cloth after sanitising it.

Together they will produce around 3000 masks and around 1000 staff of both the division will have 3 masks each with our own in-house effort

नागपुर एनएमसी क्षेत्र से मरकज में शामिल हुए लोगों को पुलिस कर रही ट्रेस

नागपुर:ऐसा बताया जा रहा है दिल्ली स्तिथ मरकज में नागपुर से प्रत्यक्ष अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से 189 लोग शामिल थे।बहुत से लोगों को क्वारंटाइन कर दिया गया है वहीं 19 लोग अभी भी ऐसे है जो प्रशाशन की रडार में नहीं आए हैं।

निजामुद्दीन में कोरोना वायरस के केंद्र बने मरकज से गए लोगों की तलाश में 15 से अधिक राज्यों की विशेष टीम लगी हुई है।खतरे की बात यह है के ये लोग पिछले कई दिनों से अलग अलग राज्यों और जिलों में इस तरह के आयोजन कर चुके हैं जिससे कोरोना वायरस फैलने का डर और बड़ गया है। इससे पहले भी महाराष्ट्र के अहमदनगर से लगभग 89  लोगों को पकड़ा गया था जो आयोजन में शामिल हुए थे। वहीं निगमायुक्त तुकाराम मुंडे ने लोगों से अपील भी की थी के जो भी इस तरह के आयोजन में शामिल हुआ है वो प्रशाशन से संपर्क करे। उन्हें तुरंत उपचार दिया जाएगा।

इसके अलावा नागपुर प्रशासन अभी 19 लोगों की तलाश में है। इन लोगों के फोन बंद आ रहे हैं।इनकी सूची जारी की गई है।

तब्लीगी जमात में शामिल हुए नागपुर के बाकी 73 लोगों की तलाश में जुटे वरिष्ठ अधिकारी

नागपुर :दिल्ली के निजामुद्दीन में हुए मरकज में विभिन्न राज्यों के लोग शामिल हुए थे। बताया जा रहा है के महाराष्ट्र राज्य से भी कई लोग इस मरकज की जमात में शामिल हुए।नागपुर पुलिस ने तब्लीगी जमात में भाग लेने वाले लोगों का पता लगाना शुरू करदिया है। मरकज में नागपुर से लगभग 266 लोग शामिल थे जिसमें से 164 लोगो को क्वारंटाइन में रखा गया है। और उन लोगों की चिकित्सा रिपोर्ट आज प्राप्त होगी।

बाकी 73 लोगों की तलाश जारी है। वरिष्ठ अधिकारी तलाश में जुट गए हैं।इन 266 की सूची में से 8 लोग नागपुर विभाग के बाहर के है।और सूची के बाकी 21 लोग महाराष्ट्र राज्य के बाहर के हैं।राज्य के सभी जिला कलेक्टरों को भी सूचित कर दिया गया।

We are doing our best for ensuring a stable India.” Following the Jamaat Tablighi episode near 2,000 people attended a religious event in Nizamuddin West, Delhi, the country saw a significant rise in COVID-19 positive cases. The country witnessed The Tabligh-e-Jamaat Markaz in Nizamuddin West was an epicenter, following the involvement by a group of thousands from 1-15 March, of the spread of coronavirus through various parts of Nizamuddin West.

At its meeting with CM, PM Modi called upon the head of the Ministers, in the next few weeks in order to ensure minimum death, to concentrate on COVID-19 confinement — monitoring, tracing, isolation and quarantine — to devise a “staggered” escape plan for the permanent lock-down.

यह समय एक विश्लेषण का है जो आपको बताता है के विपत्ति के समय स्वदेशी कम्पनियां,और अपने ही देश के ही लोग आपके काम आ रहे हैं।कई बार युवा वर्ग बड़े  ब्रांड्स  के चक्कर में इंडियन ब्रांड्स को नजरअंदाज कर देता है उनसे खरीदारी नहीं करता ।और इस तरह से हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था भी डगमगा जाती है।

Tamil Nadu youth traveling from Nagpur on foot dies due to fatigue in Telangana

A 23-year-old youth from Tamil Nadu’s Namakkal district reportedly died of dehydration and fatigue in a temporary shelter on Wednesday night at Marredpally police boundaries in Hyderabad.

It is suspected that the youth travelled some 454kms from Wardha in Maharashtra to Hyderabad with 24 others from Tamil Nadu, at least some part by foot.

Namakkal Collector K Megraj said the deceased had been identified as B Logesh, a Pallipalayam diploma holder and resident, 55 km from Namakkal.

Since 14 February he has served at a private company in Nagpur. Stranded in the town after the nationwide lockdown, Megraj said on March 30 that he left Nagpur on a bus.

Locals in Secunderabad, on Wednesday night, however, saw Logesh and his companions walking towards Bowenpally and brought it to authorities ‘attention.

No new case in Nagpur for the fourth day

Nagpur: No other district in Vidarbha registered any COVID-19 cases on Thursday besides one confirmed positive case in Buldhana. Now Vidarbha has 25 COVID-19 cases with one death at Buldhana.

State health department named 30 hospitals as separate COVID-19 hospitals in Maharashtra on Thursday. Such hospitals are separate from government medical schools, where patients in COVID-19 are already being served. The list is composed of six Vidarbha hospitals. They are the Amravati Specialty Hospital (100 beds), Washim District Hospital (50 beds), Buldhana Women’s Hospital (100 beds), Wardha General Hospital (50 beds), Bhandara General Hospital MCH wing (80 beds), and Gadchiroli District Hospital (100 beds).

Currently, apart from the region’s GMCHs, COVID-19 patients may be quarantined or isolated at either of these hospitals.

Seven patients out of Vidarbha’s 25 cases have so far been recovered and discharged. There are currently 17 patients seeking care in the city. Of these, twelve are located in Nagpur, four in Buldhana and one in Gondia. They are all asymptomatic and perform well in isolation facilities.

On Thursday, all hospitals in Vidarbha received a large number of suspects as many members who took part in a religious congregation in Delhi were found and admitted to their respective hospitals. You now have 36 suspects at Yavatmal GMCH. Of these, 28 refer to the congregation in Delhi. They collected their samples on April 2, and were sent to Nagpur.

In Amravati, a special 5-day drive to test people door-to-door for cough, cold and fever was launched across the district from Thursday.

On March 22 a couple from Amravati tested positive for COVID-19 at Meerut (UP). Their family members are being screened in Amravati. One of the couple’s son tested negative while the second son’s study is awaited.

The district and health administration has opened a COVID-19 hospital in the Superspecialty Hospital building here as a forward move in the corona management exercise and has named a team of 100 to run it. Dr Shyamsunder Nikam told TOI today that this 100-bed hospital will become functional from Saturday.

He said that the staff assigned there will not be able to go home for the next 10 days, and will only remain at the hospital for full time. Also after 10 days here at the Prabodhini, they will be quarantined for 14 days. For the 100 beds, 60 would be valid for COVID-19 patients, and 40 for patients suspected, Nikam said.

The staff has undergone training and in case of need, the alternate staff of 100 will be available, he added.
