नागपुर : वैसे तो महावितरण कंपनी विधुत वितरण और लाईट मेंटेनेंस पर राज्य के लाखों रुपये खर्च कर रही है । पर ऐसा लग रहा है कि डीपी की देखभाल और स्थानीय लोगो की सुरक्षा का कोई पुख्ता इंतजाम नहीं है।

बात है विभाग नंबर 26 वथोड़ा ओमनगर माध्यमिक शाला के पास लगी विधुत वितरण डीपी की।यह डीपी खुली हुई है तार बाहर निकाल रहे हैं। जिससे स्थानीय निवासी बेहद परेशान और डर में है के कोई बच्चा ,कोई व्यक्ति या खुला जानवर इसकी चपेट में न आजाये ।

डीपी ओमनगर माध्यमिक शाला के ठीक पास में स्थित है। ऐसे में आप समझ सकते है यदि तुरंत डीपी को बंद नहीं किया गया तो आने वाले समय में ,ये बच्चों और आसपास से आने जाने वाले लोगों के लिए कितनी भयानक स्तिथि हो सकती है। कभी भी कोई भी हादसा हो सकता है ।पर किसी अफसर का इस तरफ ध्यान नहीं है।

दरअसल समाजसेवी गौरव गुप्ताजी का कहना है ,के कुछ समय पूर्व उन्होंने महानगर वितरण को निवेदन देकर डीपी के बिगड़े हालत और स्थानीय रहवासी व बच्चों पर खतरे की जानकारी भी दी थी।लेकिन अभी तक उसपर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है। ऐसी स्तिथि में महावितरण कार्यवाही में इतना समय क्यों ले रही है इसका कोई ठोस कारण समझ नहीं आ रहा है।दुर्भाग्यवश कोई हादसा होजाता है या किसी के साथ दुखद अनहोनी होजाये तो ऐसे में यह किसकी जिम्मेदारी है।

नागपुर :पुलिस विभाग में कार्यरत सफाई कर्मचारी इन दिनों काफी परेशानियों का सामना कर रहे है। दरसअल मामला यह है के पुलिस महासंचालक विभाग को , महाराष्ट्र शासन ग्रह विभाग से एक आदेश प्राप्त हुआ है । आदेश के हिसाब से सफाई कर्मचारियों के प्रति माह वेतन मान और कार्य की अवधि में कटौती कर उन्हें कम करदिया गया है।

इस आदेशानुसार सफाई कर्मचारियों के प्रतिदिन काम करने के समय को घटाकर सिर्फ 4 घंटे का कर दिया गया है।उसके साथ ही पूर्व वेतन में परिवर्तन हुआ है और उसे घटा कर नया वेतन 3500 /- रुपये प्रति माह कर दिया गया है। इस आदेश के सूचना सफाई कर्मचारियों को देदी गयी है। आदेश ज्ञात होते ही कर्मचारियों में हड़कंप मच गया है। इस आदेश के अनुसार सफाई कर्मचारियों की पुलिस स्टेशनो से छटनी के भी आदेश है । विचार करने योग्य बात यह भी है के शासन की ऐसी क्या परिस्थितियाँ थी जो यह आदेश लाने की जरुरत पड़ गयी।

ये आदेश इस महीने की 01.02.2020 को लागू करदिया गया है। जिससे सभी सफाई कर्मचारी विभाग से ,नाखुश है।सभी इस आदेश को लेकर चिंता में पड़ गए है और इसी मामले को लेकर अब वो पुलिस आयुक्त से मिलने की मांग कर रहे है ।सफाई कर्मचारी मिलकर अपनी आर्थिक स्तिथि और आदेश के सिलसिले में बात करेंगे ।अब देखना यह है के उनकी समस्याओं को लेकर कुछ निवारण हो पाता है या नहीं।

नागपूर महानगरपालिकेतर्फे ६ ते ९ फेब्रुवारी रोजी ‘महापौर चषक’ अखिल भारतीय खो-खो स्पर्धेचे आयोजन करण्यात येत आहे. स्पर्धेमध्ये देशाच्या विविध राज्यांमधून महिला व पुरुष खेळाडू सहभागी होतील. सहभागी खेळाडूंच्या निवास व भोजनाची व्यवस्था मनपातर्फे करण्यात येणार आहे. यासंबंधी आवश्यक कार्यवाही तातडीने पूर्ण करावी, असे निर्देश क्रीडा समिती सभापती प्रमोद चिखले यांनी दिले.

विविध विषयांच्या अनुषंगाने मंगळवारी (ता. ४) क्रीडा समितीची बैठक आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. क्रीडा समिती सभापती कक्षात आयोजित बैठकीत समिती सभापती प्रमोद चिखले यांच्यासह समितीच्या उपसभापती उपमहापौर मनीषा कोठे, सदस्य रमेश पुणेकर, सदस्या वंदना चांदेकर, कांता रारोकर, उपयुक्त राजेश मोहीते, शिक्षणाधिकारी प्रीती मिश्रीकोटकर, क्रीडा अधिकारी पियुष आंबुलकर, क्रीडा निरीक्षक नरेश चौधरी, नियंत्रण अधिकारी नितीन भोळे, जितेंद्र गायकवाड आदी उपस्तिती होते.
बैठकीत ६ ते ९ फेब्रुवारी या कालावधीत ‘महापौर चषक’ अखिल भारतीय खो-खो स्पर्धा तसेच २८ फेब्रुवारी ते ३ मार्च या कालावधीत आयोजित दिव्यांग ‘महापौर चषक’ राष्ट्रीय कबड्डी स्पर्धेचे आयोजन २२ फेब्रुवारी रोजी आयोजित राज्यस्तरीय सुराज्य दौड स्पर्धा आदींच्या आयोजनाच्या तयारी संदर्भात चर्चा करण्यात आली.
महाल येथील ‘रा. पै . समर्थ स्टेडियम’ (चिटणीस पार्क) येथे ६ ते ९ फेब्रुवारी रोजी ‘महापौर चषक’ अखिल भारतीय खो-खो स्पर्धेचे आयोजन करण्यात येत आहे. स्पर्धेमध्ये राष्ट्रीय स्तरावरील मुलींचे १२ व मुलांचे १६ संघ सहभागी होणार आहेत. स्पर्धेत सहभागी खेळाडू तसेच प्रशिक्षक, व्यवस्थापक यांच्या निवास व भोजनाची व्यवस्था मनपा तर्फे करण्यात येणार आहे. ६ फेब्रुवारीला सायंकाळी ६ वाजता स्पर्धेचे उद्धघाटन होईल तर ९ फेब्रुवारीला सायंकाळी ८ वाजता केंद्रीय मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांच्या हस्ते बक्षीस वितरण होईल, यासंबंधी आवश्यक तयारी करण्याचे निर्देश क्रीडा समिती सभापती प्रमोद चिखले यांनी दिले.

“आयोगाच्या अध्यक्षपदाबाबत मा. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या निकालामध्ये अनावश्यक राजकीय शेरेबाजीविरोधात मी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली होती. आज मा. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने अध्यक्षपदाच्या नियुक्तीबाबत व पदावरून काढण्याबाबत आयोगाच्या कायद्यातील तरतूदींचा मुद्दा विचारार्थ ग्राह्य धरलेला आहे.

ही अतिशय महत्वाची बाब आहे. एका अर्थाने आयोगाचे अध्यक्षपद राजकीय स्वरूपाचे नसून त्याबाबत राज्य सरकारला कायद्यानुसारच विहीत प्रक्रिया करावी लागेल, असेच स्पष्ट झाले आहे. हे अतिशय महत्वाचे आहे. आयोगाचे अध्यक्षपद हे राजकीय स्वरूपाचे नसल्याचे सिद्ध झाले आहे. हा माझ्या अराजकीय भूमिकेचा नैतिक विजय आहे. त्यामुळे आता हे पद स्वतःहून सोडण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे आणि तसे राजीनामा पत्र मा. मुख्यमंत्री श्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांना आज सायंकाळी सादर केले आहे,” अशी प्रतिक्रिया रहाटकर यांनी दिली.

2013 मधील एका जनहितार्थ याचिकेवरील सुनावणी करताना मा. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने आयोगाच्या अध्यक्षपदाबाबत राजकीय शेरेबाजी केली होती. सरकार बदलले असताना आयोगाच्या अध्यक्षांनी राजीनामा का दिला नाही, असे त्यामध्ये म्हटले होते. मात्र, आयोगाचे अध्यक्षपद अराजकीय स्वरूपाचे असल्याने आणि आयोगाच्या कायद्यातील कलम (4) अन्वये, या पदाला संरक्षण असल्याने पदावरून दूर करण्याबाबत राज्य सरकारला कायदेशीर प्रक्रियेचे अवलंब करावा लागेल, असे प्रतिपादन करून रहाटकर यांनी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या आदेशाला सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान दिले होते. आज सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात न्यायमूर्ती आर.

बानूमती आणि न्या. ए.एस. बोपण्णा यांच्यासमोर सुनावणी झाली. विजया रहाटकर यांच्या याचिकेत उपस्थित केलेले कायदेशीर मुद्दे न्यायालयाच्या विचाराधीन राहतील, असा निकाल न्या. बानूमती व न्या. बोपण्णा यांनी दिला. “आजच्या निकालाने आयोगाच्या कायद्याचे आणि त्यातील तरतूदींचे महत्व अधोरेखित झाले आहे. राज्य सरकारला कार्यवाही करताना या कायदयाची दखल घ्यावी लागेल,” अशी टिप्पणी रहाटकर यांची बाजू मांडणारे विधिज्ञ अॅड. निशांत कातनेश्वरकर यांनी केली.

आयोगाचा 1993 मधील कायद्यातील कलम (4) अन्वये, पदाचा गैरवापर केल्याचे सिद्ध झाल्यास अध्यक्षपदावरून दूर करता येते. त्यामुळे या संदर्भात राज्य सरकारला विशेषाधिकार नाहीत, असे याचिकेमध्ये सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिले होते.

“आयोगाच्या कायद्यातील कलम (4) अन्वये, पदाचा गैरवापर केल्यास अध्यक्षपदावरून दूर करता येते. ही तरतूद या संवैधानिक पदावरील व्यक्तीला संरक्षण देण्यासाठी आहे. दुर्दैवाने मा. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने कायद्याची दखल न घेता अनावश्यकरीत्या राजकीय शेरेबाजी केली होती. त्याविरुद्ध सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात जाणे अपरिहार्य होते. आयोगाच्या कायद्याचे महत्व अधोरेखित झाल्याने पदाचे, संस्थेचे राजकीयीकरण टळले जाईल आणि राज्य सरकारही कायद्यातील तरतूदींची बूज राखेल,” अशी प्रतिक्रियाही रहाटकर यांनी दिली.

कामाबाबत समाधानी:-“आयोगामध्ये गेल्या साडेतीन वर्षांत खूप काम करता आले. विविध उपक्रम राबविले, महिलांना शक्य तेवढा न्याय देण्याचा प्रयत्न करता आला, महिलांसाठी राज्य सरकारला विविध शिफारशी करता आल्या. या सर्व कामांचे समाधान आहे,” असेही रहाटकर यांनी नमूद केले.

Vidarbha will soon have its second fully operational airport in Amravati. With this, the city will have air connectivity with Mumbai next year if all goes according to the Rs110 crore expansion plan. The new airstrip at Belora, 15 km from Amravati, was designed by the Public Works Department in 1992.

Gaurav Upshyam, Amravati Airport Director of Maharashtra Airport Development Company (MADC), said work is underway to extend the runway.” At present, the length of the runway is 1,300 meters. We are expanding it to 1,850 meters, ideal for small aircraft such as ATR 72. Upon expansion, aircraft with a capacity of 72 or 90 seats will be able to operate from Amravati. The length of the runway for Boeing 737 or Airbus 320 aircraft is more than 3,000 meters, “TOI said. Upshyam also said that the tender for the construction of the terminal building had been floated and would be ready after a year.

“Amravati was visited by a team of the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) on the technical side. The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) team is expected to audit the airport. Before starting operations, we will need a green signal from these two authorities, “he added.

Firebrand Hindutva Chief and President of Antarashtriya Hindu Parishad Pravin Togadiya launched on Monday a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Central Government for its failure on the economic front. Togadiya was in Chandrapur to take part in the program.

He said that the economy of the country had crashed, and now it was about oxygen. More than 10 crore youths were unemployed, while another six crore had lost their jobs. Although half of the small-scale factories had closed down, the dollar had grown stronger than a rupee, he said.

Exports had come down, and the NPA of banks had multiplied, Togadiya said that PM Modi had not taken any practical steps to deal with these burning issues. He said that Modi was not elected prime minister to stage the Howdy Modi shows in the US, but to provide jobs for young people here. How the country’s jobs will rise by staging Howdy Modi, he asked.

On the Hindutva, Togadiya said that it had become difficult for the BJP to take their votes because of the awakening among the Hindus. That’s why BJP lost elections in states like Haryana and Jharkhand, he claimed.

On Shaheen Bagh, Togadiya said that the agitation had given rise to the BJP election in Delhi. The Muslims in Shaheen Bagh had awakened the Hindus, and this helped the BJP to win votes. It looks like Muslims have been promoting BJP through Shaheen Bagh, he said.

Speaking about the ongoing protest against the law on citizenship, he claimed that everyone had the right to state their position in democracy. Many people speak in favor, while others speak in opposition. There should be no violence, however, he stressed.
