CPDS टीम द्वारा मोबाईल चोरी करने वाले व्यक्ती को पकड़कर अग्रिम कार्यवाही हेतु जीआरपी नागपुर को सुपुर्द किया गया |

दिनांक 29.01.2020 को वरिष्ठ मण्डल सुरक्षा आयुक्त आर पी एफ नागपूर द्वारा गठित CPDS टीम के स.उ.नि. सीताराम जाट ने प्रधान आरक्षक शशिकांत गजभिये को सूचना दिया कि, CCTV रूम मे तैनात आरक्षक भूपेंद्र बाथरी ने मैसेज दिया है कि, नागपुर रेल्वे स्टेशन के प्लेटफॉर्म नं. 05 पर खड़ी ट्रेन नंबर 22137 प्रेरणा एक्सप्रेस के मुंबई छोर कि ओर AC कोच मे एक संदिग्ध व्यक्ती समय करीबन 09.50 बजे घुसते हुये दिखाई दिया है | संदिग्ध व्यक्ती की हुलिया सहित जानकारी स.उ.नि. सीताराम जाट द्वारा प्रधान आरक्षक शशिकांत गजभिये को देने पर , प्रधान आरक्षक शशिकांत गजभिये, आरक्षक जसवीर सिंह , आरक्षक प्रवीण चौहान, आरक्षक अनीस खान को साथ लेकर उक्त संदिग्ध व्यक्ती की तलाश करने पर समय करीबन 10.05 बजे उक्त संदिग्ध व्यक्ती रेल्वे स्टेशन नागपुर के मुंबई छोर के FOB पर दिखाई दिया जिसे उन सभी ने मिलकर पकडा तथा रेल्वे स्टेशन पर आने बाबत पूछताछ करने पर उसने कोई संतोष जनक जवाब नहीं दिया जिसे आरपीएफ थाना नागपुर लाकर स.उ.नि. सीताराम जाट के समक्ष पेश किया | बाद स.उ.नि जाट द्वारा गहनता से पूछताछ करने पर उसने अपना नाम रूपेश राजू लारोकर उम्र – 19 वर्ष, निवासी – भास्कर के मकान के सामने, पार्वती नगर, कलमना, नागपुर बताया तथा अपने पहने हुये कपड़ो के जेब से 02 मनी पर्स निकाल कर पेश किया जिनका विवरण निम्नलिखित है |

01 01 कत्थे कलर का मनी पर्स जिसमे कुल 3300/- रूपये नगदव 01 ड्राइविंग लाइसेन्स, 01 सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया का ATM, 01 बैंक ऑफ बडोदा का ATM, जिन पर भारत दुलेवाले नाम लिखा हुआ तथा अन्य कागजात व एक पर्ची जिस पर मोबाईल नंबर 9022242900 लिखा हुआ है आदि पाया गया |
02 01 काले कलर का मनी पर्स जिसमे कुल 840/- रूपये नगद व 01मध्यप्रदेश राज्य का FGB004469 नंबर का वोटर ID , 01 SBI बैंक का ATM CARD, जिन पर अशोक केवट नाम लिखा हुआ, तथा महिला पुरुष का एक संयुक्त व रंगीन फोटो आदि पाया गया |

उक्त मनी पर्सो के बारे मे गहनता से पूछने पर पकड़े गए व्यक्ति ने बताया की उक्त क्रम संख्या 01 मे वर्णित मनी पर्स उसने नागपुर रेल्वे स्टेशन के प्लेटफॉर्म नं. 05 पर खड़ी ट्रेन प्रेरणा एक्सप्रेस के सामने के जनरल कोच से समय करीबन 09.50 बजे एक व्यक्ती की जेब से कोच मे चढ़ते समय चोरी किया है तथा उक्त क्रम संख्या 02 मे वर्णित मनी पर्स उसने नागपुर रेल्वे स्टेशन के प्लेटफॉर्म नं. 02 पर खड़ी ट्रेन नंबर 12724 तेलंगाना एक्सप्रेस के सामने के जनरल कोच से समय करीबन 09.45 बजे एक व्यक्ती की जेब से चोरी किया है | बाद क्रम संख्या 01 मे वर्णित मनी पर्स से मिली पर्ची मे लिखे मोबाइल नंबर 9022242900 पर संपर्क करने पर काल रिसिव करने वाले व्यक्ति ने अपना नाम भारत रामाजी दुलेवाले निवासी इतवारी नागपुर बताया तथा बताया कि, आज दिनांक 29.01.2020 को वह परिवार के साथ सूरत जाने के लिए नागपुर रेल्वे स्टेशन के प्लेटफॉर्म नं. 05 पर खड़ी ट्रेन प्रेरणा एक्सप्रेस के सामने के जनरल कोच मे चढने के दौरान समय करीबन 09.50 से 10.15 बजे के बीच किसी अज्ञात व्यक्ती ने उसके जेब से उसका कत्थे कलर का मनी पर्स चुरा लिया जिसमे कुल 3300/- रूपये नगद व उसका 01 ड्राइविंग लाइसेन्स, 01 सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया का ATM, 01 बैंक ऑफ बडोदा का ATM, व अन्य कागजात थे | जिसकी शिकायत उनके द्वारा जीआरपी वर्धा को दिया गया है एंव शिकायत की प्रति उनके द्वारा whatsapp किया गया | बाद निरीक्षक आर आर जेम्स के आदेशानुसार पकडे गये आरोपी तथा आरोपी के पास से मिले उपरोक्त 02 मनी पर्स जिसमे नगद कुल 4,140/- रुपये व उपरोक्त दस्तावेजो को अग्रीम कार्यवाही हेतू जीआरपी नागपुर को ताबे में देने पर जीआरपी नागपुर द्वारा अपराध क्रमांक 127/2020 धारा 379 IPC दर्ज किया गया | मामले में जीआरपी नागपुर द्वारा जांच जारी है |

उपरोक्त की गई कार्यवाही श्रीमान वरिष्ठ मंडल सुरक्षा आयुक्त, आर.पी.एफ/नागपुर श्री भवानी शंकर नाथ महोदय के निर्देशन व मार्गदर्शन में किया गया ।

एकाच दिवशी निवृत्त होणार नागपूरच्या बीएसएनएलचे ५४५ कर्मचारी

देशाची सर्वात मोठी दूरसंचार यंत्रणा असलेल्या भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड अर्थात बीएसएनएलला आलेली अवकळा दूर करण्यासाठी केंद्र शासनाने कर्मचारी निवृत्तीचा उतारा आणला होता. या योजनेनुसा नागपूरच्या बीएसएनएलचे ५४५ कर्मचारी येत्या ३१ जानेवारीला निवृत्त होणार आहेत. देशभरात निवृत्ती घेणाऱ्यांचा आकडा ७८ हजार ८१६ एवढा आहे. पगार मिळण्यास होणाऱ्या अनियमिततेमुळे एवढ्या मोठ्या संख्येत कर्मचाऱ्यांनी निवृत्तीचा निर्णय घेतला असून, हे सर्व कर्मचारी येत्या ३१ जानेवारीला एकाच दिवशी निवृत्त होणार आहेत.

गेल्या काही वर्षांत बीएसएनएल कंपनी प्रचंड आर्थिक अडचणींचा सामना करीत आहे. डबघाईस आलेल्या कंपनीचा तोटा वाढत असताना कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या पगारावर मिळकतीतील ७० ते ८० टक्के रक्कम खर्च होत असल्याचे आणि त्यामुळे कंपनीवर कर्जाचा डोंगर चढल्याचे बोलले जात होते. ही कंपनी खासगी हातात दिल्या जात असल्याच्या चर्चा मध्यंतरी सुरू झाल्या होत्या व त्यामुळे कर्मचाऱ्यांमध्ये प्रचंड असंतोष पसरला.

बीएसएनएलशी संलग्नित विविध संघटनांनी त्यामुळे केंद्र शासनाच्या विरोधात आंदोलनाचा पवित्रा घेतला. त्यामुळे खासगीकरणाचा विषय टाळून कर्मचारी कपातीचा निर्णय शासनाने घेतल्याचे सांगितले जाते. कंपनीला तोट्यातून बाहेर काढण्यासाठी ५० टक्के कर्मचाऱ्यांची कपात करणे अनिवार्य होते.

त्यानुसार केंद्राने स्वेच्छा निवृत्तीची योजना आणत निवृत्ती घ्या किंवा इतरत्र बदली स्वीकारा, असा फतवाच शासनाने जारी केला. आर्थिक अडचणीमुळे दोन-तीन महिने वेळेवर पगार होत नसल्याने कर्मचारीही मोठ्या अडचणीत सापडले होते. त्यामुळे अनेक कर्मचाऱ्यांनी स्वेच्छा निवृत्तीचा पर्याय स्वीकारला. कर्मचाऱ्यांचे हित लक्षात घेता आधी निवृत्ती योजनेला विरोध करणाऱ्या संघटनांनीही आपला विरोध मावळता घेतल्याचे संघटनेतर्फे सांगण्यात येत आहे.

देशभरात सध्या बीएसएनएलमध्ये १ लाख ५६ हजार कर्मचारी कार्यरत आहेत. यापैकी १ लाख ६ हजार कर्मचारी व्हीआरएसच्या कक्षेत येतात. यातील बहुतेक कर्मचारी सुरुवातीच्या टेलिकॉम डिपार्टमेंटमध्ये नोकरीवर रुजू झालेले आहेत. यापैकी ७८ हजार ८१६ कर्मचाऱ्यांनी निवृत्ती स्वीकारत घरी बसण्याचा पर्याय स्वीकारला असून, ३१ जानेवारीला हे सर्व कर्मचारी निवृत्त होणार आहेत. नागपूरच्या कार्यालयात १००० कर्मचारी कार्यरत असून, त्यातील ५४५ कर्मचाऱ्यांनी निवृत्ती स्वीकारली आहे. इतरांनी कंपनीच्या नियमानुसार बदली दिलेल्या स्थळी कामाची जबाबदारी स्वीकारण्याचा निर्णय घेतला असून, १ फेब्रुवारी २०२० पासून बदलीस्थळी कर्मचाऱ्यांना रुजू होण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या आहेत.

निवृत्ती योजनेचा खर्च १५ हजार कोटी
वयाची ५० वर्षे किंवा त्याहून अधिक वयोगटातील बीएसएनएलचे कर्मचारी निवृत्ती योजनेचा भाग आहेत. या कर्मचाऱ्यांना सानुग्रह अनुदानापोटी मिळणाऱ्या रकमेत २५ टक्के अधिक लाभ मिळणार आहे. हा लाभ एकरकमी रोखीच्या स्वरूपात किंवा पाच हप्त्यात विभागून मिळणार आहे. सेवेत कार्यरत वर्षांच्या ३५ दिवसांइतकी आणि शिल्लक राहिलेल्या सेवेच्या वर्षांतील २५ दिवसांच्या वेतनाइतकी रक्कम (निवृत्तिवेतन वगळून) सानुग्रह अनुदान मिळणार आहे.

ज्या कर्मचाऱ्याचे वय ५६ वर्षे असेल, त्यांना शिल्लक राहिलेल्या चार वर्षांचे वेतन किंवा ४० महिन्यांचे वेतन मिळणार आहे. पेन्शनची जबाबदारी टेलिकॉम विभागा(डीओटी)वर असणार आहे. निवृत्ती स्वीकारणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना ३१ मार्च २०२० पर्यंत ५० टक्के रक्कम आणि त्यानंतर पुढील आर्थिक वर्षात उर्वरित रक्कम अदा करण्यात येणार आहे. या निवृत्ती योजनेसाठी बीएसएनएलला कर्मचाऱ्यांना तब्बल १५ हजार कोटी रुपये खर्च करावे लागणार आहेत.

पगाराच्या अनियमिततेमुळे कर्मचारी प्रचंड अडचणीत आले होते. त्यामुळे शासनाने आणलेली ही योजना स्वीकारण्यास तयार झाले. आम्ही सुरुवातीला विरोध केला होता, मात्र कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या हितासाठी विरोध मावळता घेतला. पण कंपनीच्या खासगीकरणाला आमचा विरोध कायम राहील.

‘ Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Award for Journalists, ‘ 31 January

Anurag Thakur, banned Parvesh from campaigning

MoS Finance Anurag Thakur and BJP MP Parvesh Sharma have been dropped from the BJP’s list of campaigners for upcoming Delhi Assembly polls by the election commission.

Yesterday, the Election Commission issued a show-cause notice to the minister of the Union and senior Bharatiya Janata Party Thakur for his remarks during the ongoing Delhi election campaign, which is prima facie felt violated the code of conduct. Thakur was asked to respond to the notice by noon Thursday.

The EC said it was prima facie of the view that Thakur’s comments “have the potential to disturb community harmony and aggravate existing social and religious communities” and thus violate the MCC, which has been in effect since the Delhi election schedule was announced on January 6th.

A similar notice was sent this morning to senior BJP leader and West Delhi constituency member of Lok Sabha, Parvesh Singh Sahib, about his remarks made Tuesday, a senior EC official said.

Nagpur gears for ‘ Lourd Mata Mahostav ‘

To mark the 128th anniversary of Lourd Mata Mandir, the annual festival will be held in Lourd Mata Grotto, Seminary Hills, Nagpur, on Sunday 9 February 2020. The feast, commonly known as Lourd Mata Mahostav, will begin at 5:30 p.m. on 30 January 2020.

In the run-up to the annual feast, there will be nine days of Novena prayers and Holy Mass at 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. every day between 31 January and 8 February. Group of people would also pray for the various needs of the people from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The key day of the feast, i.e. Feb 9, Holy Mass will be celebrated in different languages from early morning. At 6.30 a.m. there will be Mass in English, at 7.30 a.m. Mass in Konkani, 8.45 a.m. Mass in Marathi, 10.00 a.m. Mass in Telugu, 11.15 a.m. Mass in Tamil, 12.30 p.m. Mass in Malyalam, 2.00 p.m. Rosary followed by Eucharistic Adoration and Prayer in the afternoon at 2.45 p.m.

The Solemn Eucharist is going to be at 4 p.m. After the Mass, the candle-light procession bearing the statue of Mother Mary will be observed. The Archbishop of Nagpur, Most Reverend Dr. Elias Gonsalves, and many priests will celebrate at Holy Mass. ‘ Preeti Bhoj’ will be given to all the devotees who have come from far and far to seek the blessing of Lourd Mata. Citizens from Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Assam, Delhi and the rest of the world flock to the Grotto with full faith and devotion. Thousands of people are expected to join the feast this year.

VTA welcomes Tukaram Mundhe, NMC Commissioner

The delegation of Vidarbha Taxpayers Association (VTA) led by its Vice President, Hemant Trivedi, met and welcomed the recently appointed Commissioner of Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Tukaram Mundhe, IAS, by presenting a flower bouquet.

Hemant Trivedi informed the Commissioner of VTA that a consortium of taxpayers had formed this Association with the aim of protecting and safeguarding the common man’s right as a taxpayer; he also informed the Commissioner of the various activities of VTA carried out in the wider interest of society.

Tejinder Singh Renu Secretary of VTA shared details of the various activities & PILs filed by VTA in the public interest. He also informed that VTA keeps an eye on the various new acts proposed by the Government and that, if any lacuna is found, appropriate representation is provided. And Nagpur City is lucky enough to have such a dynamic commissioner who means business, which is extremely good for Nagpur, its residents and the Municipal Corporation as well.

नागपूर मनपात तुकाराम मुंढेंची धडाक्यात एन्ट्री; पहिल्याच दिवशी घेतला अधिकाऱ्यांचा वर्ग

नागपूर महानगरपालिकेचे आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे यांनी आज (मंगळवार) आपल्या पदाचा कार्यभार स्वीकारला. पदाचा कार्यभार स्वीकारताच तुकाराम मुंढे हे अ‍ॅक्शन मोडमध्ये आल्याचं पहायला मिळालं. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच राज्य सरकारनं त्यांची नागपूर महानगरपालिकेच्या आयुक्तपदी बदली केली होती.

कार्यभार स्वीकारताच तुकाराम मुंढेंनी आपल्या कामाला सुरूवात केल्याचं पहायला मिळालं. त्यांनी पहिल्याच दिवशी अधिकाऱ्यांसमवेत ५० मिनिटांची एक मिटींगही घेतली. तसंच कार्यालयात उशिरा पोहोचणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना खडेबोल सुनावल्याची माहिती मिळाली आहे. मिटींगदरम्यान, कोणत्याही अधिकाऱ्याचे फोन वाजता कामा नये. तसंच सर्वांनी नियमांचे काटेकोरपणे पालन करावं, अशा सुचनाही त्यांनी दिल्या. मिटींगनंतर ते आपल्या पुढील कामासाठी रवाना झाले. दरम्यान, कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या हजेरीसाठी वापरात येणाऱ्या पंचिंग मशीनमध्ये बिघाड झाल्याने कार्यालयात येणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांची एकच तारांबळ उडाल्याचं पहायला मिळालं.

तुकाराम मुंढे हे शिस्तप्रिय, कर्तव्यदक्ष अधिकारी म्हणून ओळखले जातात. ते एडस नियंत्रण प्रकल्पाच्या संचालकपदावर होते. तत्कालीन देवेंद्र फडणवीस सरकारने त्यांची एडस नियंत्रण प्रकल्पाच्या संचालकपदावर नियुक्ती केली होती. तुकाराम मुंढे हे नागपूर महानगरपालिकेत येणार हे कळल्यानंतर अनेक कर्मचाऱ्यांनी धसका घेतला होता. तसंच अनेक कर्मचारी वेळेपूर्वी कार्यालयात हजर राहत असल्याचंही समोर आलं होतं.

कशी आहे मुंढेंची कार्यपद्धती ?
आता त्यांची भाजपाची सत्ता असलेल्या नागपूर महापालिकेच्या आयुक्तपदी बदली करण्यात आली आहे. माजी मुख्यमंत्री आणि विरोधी पक्ष नेते देवेंद्र फडणवीस हे नागपूरचेच असून त्यांना अडचणीत आणण्यासाठी उद्धव सरकारने ही खेळी खेळल्याचे बोलले जाते. तुकाराम मुंढे हे नियमांची कठोर अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी ओळखले जातात. त्यांनी कधीही नियमबाह्य गोष्टींना थारा दिलेला नाही. त्यामुळेच राजकरण्यांना ते नेहमीच खुपतात.

सर्वपक्षीय राजकारणी तुकाराम मुंढे यांच्याविरोधात एकत्र का येतात?
आतापर्यंत महाराष्ट्राच्या वेगवेगळया भागांमध्ये त्यांची बदली झाली असून, त्यांनी प्रत्येक ठिकाणी आपल्या कामाची छाप उमटवली आहे. नियमबाह्य, अनधिकृत बांधकामांना अभय देण्याच्या मुद्दावरुन त्यांचा नेहमीच राजकारण्यांबरोबर संघर्ष झाला आहे. नाशिक असो किंवा नवी मुंबई महापालिका नेहमीच सर्वपक्षीय राजकारणी त्यांच्याविरोधात एकत्र आल्याचे दिसले आहे.

राजकारण्यांच्या दबावापुढे न झुकता नियमानुसार काम करणे ही तुकाराम मुंढे यांची खासियत आहे. त्यामुळेच राजकारण्यांना जरी ते नकोस वाटत असले तरी, सर्वसामान्यांमध्ये ते लोकप्रिय आहेत. काही ठिकाणी तुकाराम मुंढे यांची बदली रोखण्यासाठी सर्वसामान्य जनतेने रस्त्यावर उतरुन आंदोलन केलं होतं. अशा मुंढे यांनी आज नागपूर मनपाच्या आयुक्तपदाची जबाबदारी स्वीकारली आहे.

Nagpur Maha Metro will open the first segment of the Aqua Line from Lokmannya Nagar to Sitabuldi.

Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation (Maha-Metro) started trading on the first segment of Nagpur Metro Aqua Line between Lokmannya Nagar Metro Station and Sitabuldi Interchange today, Tuesday, January 29.

Two-thirds of Nagpur Metro will become operational With the completion of this 11 km long section of the Aqua Line, a total of 24.5 km of the Nagpur Metro Rail network has now become available, accounting for about two-thirds of the total Phase I network of the Nagpur Metro Rail project. On 7 March 2019, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 13.5 km segment of the Orange Line.

The 11 km section of the Reach III Aqua Line, which opened today, has six operational stations, namely Lokmanya Nagar, Bansi Nagar, Vasudev Nagar, Rachana Ring Road, Subhash Nagar, Ambazari Lake View, LAD Square, Shankar Nagar, Institute of Engineers, Jhansi Rani Square and finally Sitabuldi Interchange. The other five stations are expected to open in April 2020, according to the press release.
