देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या निर्णयाला ठाणे महानगरपालिकेचा दणका; Axis Bank मधील खाती सरकारी बँकेमध्ये वळवण्याचा निर्णय

ठाकरे सरकार सत्तेत आल्यावर, ज्या प्रकारे देवेंद्र फडणवीस (Devendra Fadanvis) यांनी टिकास्त्रे सोडायला सुरुवात केली, त्याच पावलावर मिसेस माजी मुख्यमंत्रीही चालू लागल्या. गेल्या काही दिवसांपूर्वी अमृता फडणवीस (Amruta Fadnavis) आणि ठाकरे सरकार यांच्यामधील ट्वीटर युद्ध सर्वानीच पहिले. मात्र याचा फटका आता अॅक्सिस बँकेला (Axis Bank) होणार आहे. ठाणे महानगरपालिकेतील (TMC) सर्व कर्मचाऱ्यांची अॅक्सिस बँकेत खाती आहे. आता या बँकेतील खाती सरकारी बँकेमध्ये ताबडतोब वळवण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. शिवसेनेचे महापौर नरेश म्हस्के यांनी आज एक तातडीची बैठक बोलावली होती. त्यामध्ये या निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे.

मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस सत्तेत आल्यावर राज्यातील पोलिसांची वेतन खाती अॅक्सिस बँकेकडे वर्ग करण्यात आली होती. मात्र आता ही खाती राष्ट्रीयकृत बँकेत, स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडियामध्ये वळवण्यात येणार असल्याची शक्यता आहे. याबाबत पहिला निर्णय ठाणे महानगरपालिकेने घेतला आहे. अॅक्सिस बँकेत सध्या ठाणे महानगपालिकेतील एलबीटीचे खाती, टॅक्स खाती आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांचे पगार अशी खाती सध्या अॅक्सिस बँकेत आहे. आता ही सर्व खाती राष्ट्रीयकृत बँकेत वळवण्यात येणार आहे.

दोन लाख पोलीस कर्मचाऱ्यांची वेतन खाती अॅक्सिस बँकेत आहेत. या खात्यामुळे बँकेत वर्षाला 11 हजार कोटींची उलाढाल होते. मात्र लवकरच बँकेला ही खाती गमवावी लागू शकतात. अमृता फडणवीस अॅक्सिस बँकेत वेस्टर्न इंडियाच्या कॉर्पोरेट हेड म्हणून काम करायच्या. यामुळेच ही सर्व खाती अॅक्सिस बँकेत वळवण्यात आली असल्याचा आरोप याआधी केला गेला होता. आता ठाणे महानगरपालिकेने पुढाकार घेऊन ही खाती राष्ट्रीयकृत बँकेत वळवण्याचा नर्णय घेतला आहे.

आता जेवण बनावट येत नसलं तरी प्रत्येक जण हमखास स्विगी, झोमॅटो किंवा उबर इट्स या ऍप्सवरून कधीही आणि कुठेही ऑर्डर करू शकतो. परंतु, स्विगी या ऍपने नुकतीच अशी काही माहिती प्रदर्शित केली आहे, जी वाचून तुम्हीही व्हाल थक्क. स्विगीने सांगितल्यानुसार, या ऍपवरून सर्वात जास्त चिकन बिरयानी ऑर्डर केली जाते.

स्विगी ऍपने दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार जानेवारी ते ऑक्टोबर या महिन्यांदरम्या देशभरात सर्वात जास्त ऑर्डर या चिकन बिरयाणीच्या घेण्यात आल्या होत्या. आणि मुख्य म्हणजे प्रत्येक मिनिटाला जवळपास 95 ऑर्डस या बिर्याणीच्याच येत असल्याचं त्यांनी सांगितलं आहे.

त्यामुळे त्यांच्या यादीत बिर्याणीला पहिले स्थान मिळाले आहे तर सर्वात जास्त ऑर्डसच्या दुसऱ्या स्थानावर आहे मसाला डोसा तर तिसऱ्य़ा स्थानावर आहे पनीर बटर मसाला हे पदार्थ. विशेष म्हणजे याच वर्षी नाही तर सलग मागील तीन वर्षांपासून सर्वात सर्वात आवडती डिश म्हणून चिकन बिर्यानीलाच सर्वात जास्त पसंती मिळालेली पाहायला मिळत आहे. तर स्विगीने जाहीर केलेल्या अहवालानुसार डेझर्ट म्हणजेच गोड पदार्थांमध्ये गुलाबजामला सर्वात जास्त पसंती मिळाली आहे आणि दुसऱ्या स्थानावर आहे फालुदा तर तिसऱ्या स्थानावर मूगडाळीचा हलवायला पसंती मिळाली.

पंतप्रधान ‘वय वंदन’ योजनेसाठी आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य, जाणून घ्या नियम

सरकारकडून जेष्ठ नागरिकांसाठी पेन्शन योजना सुरु करण्यात आली आहे. वय वंदन योजना असे त्याचे नाव असून जेष्ठ नागरिकांना पेन्शन दिली जाते. या योजनेची घोषणा 2017-18 आणि 2018-19 या वर्षात सादर करण्यात आलेल्या युनियन बजेट मध्ये करण्यात आली होती. योजनेअंतर्गत 8.8.83 टक्क्यांपर्यंत परतावा देते. मात्र व्यक्ती कोणत्या प्रकारची योजना निवडतो आणि योजनेचे कार्य एलआयसी अंतर्गत केले जात आहे.

आर्थमंत्रालयाकडून जाहीर करण्यात आलेल्या एका नोटिसनुसार, या योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य असल्याचे स्पष्ट करण्यात आले आहे. 23 डिसेंबरला अधिसूचना जारी करत अधिनियम, 2016 अंतर्गत सांगण्यात आले आहे. वय वंदन योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यापूर्वी करण्यात येणाऱ्या रजिस्ट्रेशनच्या वेळी आधार कार्ड दाखवणे गरजेचे असणार आहे.

तसेच जर खराब बायोमेट्रिक किंवा अन्य कोणत्याही कारणामुळे आधार ऑथेंटिकेशन फेल झाल्यास त्यासाठी वेगळे मार्ग वापरले जाणार आहेत. त्यामध्ये इंटीग्रेटेड रिस्क इन्फोर्मेशन सिस्टिम किंवा फेस ऑथेंटिकेशन, आधार वन-टाइम पासवर्ड यांचा वापर केला जाणार आहे. सरकारने 4 मे 2017 मध्ये पंतप्रधान वय वंदन योजना लॉन्च केली होती. यामागील मुख्य कारण म्हणजे जेष्ठ नागरिकांना गुंतवणूकीसाठी अधिक ऑप्शन उपलब्ध करुन देत त्यांचे जीवन सुखरुप होणे होते.

2017 मध्ये लॉन्च करण्यात आलेल्या या योजनेअंतर्गत अधिकाधिक 7.5 लाखापर्यंत गुंतवणूक करण्याची सुविधा उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात आली होती. मात्र 2018-19 च्या आर्थिक संकल्पात याची रक्कम वाढवत 15 लाख करण्यात आली होती. वय वंदन योजनेत पैसे गुंतवणूक करण्यासाठी 31 मार्च 2020 पर्यंतची मुदत देऊन करण्यात आली आहे. यापूर्वी या योजनेत गुंतवणूक करण्यासाठी 3 मे 2018 पर्यंतचा कालावधी देण्यात आला होता.

3. कांदा

कांद्याचे दोन भाग करुन त्याचा वास घेतल्यास नाक मोकळे होते. अथवा कांदा चिरल्याने डोळ्यातून आणि नाकातून पाणी येते. तसेच यामुळे नाकही मोकळे होते.

4. पुदिना

गरम पाण्यात पुदिन्याची पाने टाकून त्याची वाफ घेण्यानेही नाक मोकळे होते.

5. गरम पाण्याची आंघोळ

नाक चोंदण्याची समस्या असल्यास तुम्ही गरम पाण्याने आंघोळ करा. यामुळे नाक मोकळे होण्यास मदत होते.

नाक चोंदण्यावर सातत्याने इन्हेलर वापरणेही शरीरासाठी चांगले नाही. त्यामुळे या घरगुती उपायांनी तुम्ही नाक चोंदण्याच्या समस्येवर त्वरित इलाज करु शकता.

BJP candidates file nominations for ZP, PS polls in Kamptee

Nagpur: BJP candidates filed papers on 4 ZP seats and 8 Panchayat Samiti seats in Kamptee Tehsil for the last day of the Zilla Parishad (ZP) and Panchayat Samiti (PS) elections, which were held on 7 January 2020.

In the presence of the leader of the political party and former guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, the party candidates submitted their nomination papers to the Tehsil Office in Kamptee.

Nagpur Resolution: Holistic approach to empower citizens’ adopted during DARPG conference

Complex policy formulation and strategic decision taking, progress management, hiring key staff, coordination and assessment are the main focus of the resolution.

During the two-day Valedictory session of the Regional Conference “Improving Published Service Delivery–Roll of Governments” held in Nagpur on 22 December, the “Nagpur resolution: Holistic approach to empowering people” While adopting the Resolution, Nitin Gadkari, Minister of the Union for Road Transport, and Highways, and Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State (MoS) of the DoNER Government, were present.

The Conference agreed that by providing policy measures for the better delivery of services, public charter update and implementation of legislation and benchmarking standards on the ongoing update, government in India, government Maharashtra, the state commission on the right to public services and participating governments will work together to empower people.

The Conference also agreed to follow a holistic approach to structural government grievance reforms by enhancing mapping, formulation of reporting matrices, collection of data and quality evaluation of grievance redress, and provide the States, Ministries and Government of India departments with the ability to build web portals and a holistic and enhanced service approach.

The resolution covers the diverse policy and strategic decision-making, monitoring progress, selection, cooperation and assessment and achievement of the common sense of identity by sharing technical expertise between two countries under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Program in the field of enhanced service delivery.

It agreed that the Conference would work on the provision of better service to empower people through greater cooperation between DARPG and the participating States and that the Good Governance Index will be published on a yearly basis in order to identify governance qualities in 10 sectors, particularly the social welfare and infrastructure sectors of the Union, State and Distributor

The conference was organized in partnership with the Government of Maharashtra and the Maharashtra State Commission of the Right to Public Services by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DarpG) of the Government of India.

The Mahagenco power plant was shut down to fudge emissions

Nagpur: For its two new 660MW units in Koradi, Mahagenco is so desperate to get environmental clearance that it resorts to underhand tactics.
The company submitted a proposal to the Ministry of Energy, Forests and Climate Change (MoEFCC) Expert Assessment Committee (EAC). The committee decided to send a six-member site visit team as the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) submitted an adverse pollution level report in the region.

Between 1 to 3 August 2019, the team visited Koradi. During this time, all five Koradi plant units were closed down by Mahagenco citing maintenance shutdown and no grid demand. During this time, it also shut down two out of five nearby Khaparkheda plant units.

Nevertheless, the team found pollutant levels well above the limit in the Koradi area.
A look at daily reports from the Maharashtra State Load Despatch Center (MSLDC) reveals that several 500MW units from Bhusawal and Chandrapur were involved during this period. Mahagenco could have operated a few units of the Koradi plant to provide a proper image for the team.

The acceptable standard for 210MW units of sulphur dioxide (SO2) is 600 mg / Nm3. The range was between 835 and 1527 mg / Nm3 for Koradi units. For 660MW units, the permissible amount of SO2 is 100 mg / Nm3. The emission levels for Koradi’s three 660MW units were between 1477 and 1722 mg / Nm3. Khaparkheda’s 210MW SO2 level was 1174 to 1218 mg / Nm3, while the 500MW level was 1615 mg / Nm3 against a 100 maximum.

For 210MW systems, the permissible amount of nitrogen oxides (NOx) is 600 mg / Nm3. The emission level of the two power plants was within the limits of all 210MW systems. The standard is 100 mg / Nm3 for 500MW and 660MW units. The figures ranged from 297 to 351 mg / Nm3 for Koradi and Khaparkheda units.

Sudhir Paliwal, Vidarbha Environmental Action Group (VEAG) convener, has recommended that Koradibe re-inspected by the EAC team. “The level of pollution increases during the rainy season. Mahagenco also had a reason to shut down the whole factory. The test will take place in winter when the plants are running at full load, “he said.
