काशीनगर रहिवासी कृती समितीचे महापौरांना निवेदन
नागपूर. दक्षिण पश्चिम विधानसभा क्षेत्रात येणाऱ्या रामेश्वरी, काशिनगर येथील सम्राट अशोक कॉलोनीमध्ये गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून सुरू असलेल्या अनाधिकृत सोमवारी साप्ताहिक बाजार सुरू आहे. अनाधिकृत बाजाराला बंद करून समस्येचे निराकारण करणे, प्रभाग क्रमांक -33 मधील मनपा प्रशासनाच्या मोकळ्या भूखंडावर बगिचा, क्रीडा संकूल, समाजभवन, वाचनालय तयार करण्यात यावे, दर सोमवारला बाजार बंद करण्यासाठी मनपा प्रशासनाद्वारे काशीनगर, द्वारकापुरी, रामेश्वरी रोड परिसरात अतिक्रमण करावाई करावी, तसेच बाजारातील दुकानादारांना दुसऱ्या ठिकाणी जागा उपलब्ध करून त्यांचे पूनवर्सन करावे आदी मागणीचे निवेदन सम्राट अशोक कॉलोनी, काशीनगर रहिवासी कृती समितीच्या मार्फत रहिवासीयांनी महौपार संदीप जोशी यांना दिले. शिष्टमंडळामध्ये अनिता कांबळे, सुनिता मगरे, भूपेंद्र (गोलू) बोरकर, डॉ. मधूकर मून, भीमराव मगरे, भूषण भस्मे, शिरीष जंगले, ज्योती झोडापे, रजनी पाटील, सचिन बोईनवार, सचिन श्रीवास, रोशन शेंडे, सोनू उपासक, रवि रामटेके, अमित उपासक, अर्जुन चव्हाण, राहुल येन्नावार आदिंची उपस्थिती होती. यावेळी नागरिकांनी महापौर जोशी यांना सांगितले की, गेल्या दहा वर्षांपासून काशिनगर येथील सम्राट अशोक कॉलोनी परिसरात दर सोमवारला अनअधिकृत साप्ताहिक बाजार भरत आहे. याबाबत अनेक वर्षांपासून स्थानिक नागरिक महापौर, मनपा आयुक्त, पोलिस आयुक्त, झोनल अधिकारी, आरोग्य अधिकारी, अजनी पोलिस निरीक्षकांना वारंवार निवेदन आणि तक्रार करूनही निराकरण करण्यात आले नाही. या भागात आठवडी बाजाराने केलेल्या अतिक्रमणामुळे येथील जनतेचे आरोग्यासह गुन्हेगारी घटनांमुळे संताप व्यक्त करण्यात येत आहे. नागपूर महानगर पालिकेची मोकळी जागा या ठिकाणी बाजार बसविण्याचा घाट या सामाजिक कार्यकर्त्यांकडून होत आहे. परंतु, दाट वस्तीसह रस्त्यांची समस्या असलेल्या या पट्टयात बाजाराऐवजी बगिचा, वाचनालय, क्रीडा संकूल, समाज भवन, खेळाचे मैदान आदि वास्तूंची गरज आहे. त्या मोकळया भूखंडावर मनपाने या सुविधा निर्माण केल्यास तर स्थानिक नागरिकांना दुसऱ्या प्रभागात सुविधा घेण्यास जावे लागणार नाही. तसेच सदर बाजारातील दुकानदारांना दुसऱ्या जागी स्थानांतरीत करून त्यांचे पूनवर्सन करावे, दर सोमवारला बाजार बंद करण्यासाठी मनपा प्रशासनाद्वारे काशीनगर, द्वारकापुरी, रामेश्वरी रोड परिसरात अतिक्रमण करावाई करावी अशी विनंतीही रहिवासीयांनी महापौरांना केली. यावर महापौर संदीप जोशी यांनी रहिवासीयांच्या समस्येला जाणून घेत लवकरच या समस्येचे निराकारण करण्याचे आश्वासन दिले.

Dr NSSCDL CEO Ramnath Sonawane informed about the smart bicycle lane being implemented in Nagpur city. Out of 3400, 400 km of the city will have a separate lane only for bicycles under Smart City.

The bike system project was successful in the city of Karlsruhe, Germany. The experience of this city will be utilized for the city of Nagpur. Similar efforts will continue in the future by the city of Karlsruhe and Nagpur, he added. In the city of Nagpur, eco-rickshaws have been launched for environmentally-friendly batteries in public transport. He also emphasized on the implementation of Bike System project under Smart City of Poonapur, Bharatwada, Pardi and Bhandewadi area. A delegation led by Lord Mayor of Frankfurt, Germany, Dr Frank Metro, met with Municipal Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe on Thursday (6th). During this time, the Commissioners discussed the launch of the ‘Public Bike System’ project under ‘Non-Vehicle Transport System’ in Kallstru town in Nagpur city.

Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe informed the delegation about various projects in Nagpur city. Nagpur is the third-largest city in Mumbai after Mumbai and Pune cities.Various projects of central and state government are underway in the city. Nagpur and Kallstru will be working on a ‘vehicle less transport system’, which means that the use of fuel vehicles without the use of fuel vehicles or bicycling systems. A housing scheme for economically weaker section (EWS) near Jaitala Square on Orange City Street has been planned by Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC). The project department has prepared a request for Rs56.57 crore which will be tabled before the standing committee meeting on February 6. Also, the department has shortlisted a company for the implementation of the project involving the development of eight buildings in each apartment containing ground-plus six floors.

Along with this, nine other resolutions would be tabled by the civic administration seeking the nod of the standing council. All 10 proposals from different development works would allow NMC to invest crore Rs69.98.

The project team proposed to build Balabhaupeth Salim Sports ground. The department had requested a tender involving two companies. Though the department had estimated the cost of the project at Rs70.09 lakh, a firm that expressed willingness to complete the project in Rs55.34 lakh has been shortlisted.

Gandhibagh zone Department of Public Works has proposed renovation and embellishment of Gangabai ghat crematorium. For the same, it has sought the nod of the panel to issue Rs1.02 crore work order. The crematorium is currently in a state of shambles.
The zone has also put forward another plan seeking approval to select an agency to build Hatti nullah’s retaining wall at a cost of Rs74.96 lakh. It has shortlisted a firm for Rs49.49 lakh to perform stone flooring at Dakshina Murti Chowk.

The Department of Public Works of Hanuman Nagar Zone has put forward a plan for the deepening and widening of a nullah passing through Prabhag numbers 32 and 34 (areas such as Jambudeep, Ayodhya Nagar, Pipla). A firm has already been assigned to the Rs10.87 crore project, which was sanctioned by the state government on 2 June 2018. The department sought to release Rs1 Crore’s part payment.

The electricity department has sought approval from the standing committee to float a short notice of tender to remove and shift 33KV electric poles from the Integrated Road Development Project (IRDP) road between Gurudev Nagar and Bollywood T-point at a cost of Rs7.05 crore.

Nehru Nagar zone has submitted a proposal to allocate a firm job to lay sewerage network at a cost of Rs31.30 lakh in NIT Colony at Prabhag number 27.

जनतेची मागणी : धंतोली झोनमधील महापौरांच्या ‘जनता दरबारात’ तक्रारींचा पाऊस

नागरिकांनी रहिवासी भागातील अतिक्रमणासंदर्भात आणि फुटपाथवरील अतिक्रमणासंदर्भात केलेल्या तक्रारींचे गांभीर्य लक्षात घेता धंतोली झोनअंतर्गत रहिवासी भागात असलेल्या अतिक्रमणासंदर्भात लवकर कार्यवाही सुरू करा, असे निर्देश महापौर संदीप जोशी यांनी दिले.

महापौर संदीप जोशी यांच्या झोननिहाय जनता दरबाराच्या मालिकेत बुधवारी (ता. ५) धंतोली झोन क्र. ४ चा जनता दरबार पार पडला. या जनता दरबारात तब्बल ११२ तक्रारींवर महापौरांनी सुनावणी केली. जनता दरबाराचे आवाहन केल्यानंतर दिलेल्या मुदतीत धंतोली झोन कार्यालयात ८९ तक्रारींची नोंदणी झाली होती. बुधवारी जनता दरबारादरम्यान २३ तक्रारी नव्याने आल्यात. संपूर्ण ११२ तक्रारकर्त्यांशी महापौर संदीप जोशी यांनी व्यक्तिगत संवाद साधला. यावेळी महापौर संदीप जोशी यांच्यासह झोन सभापती लता काडगाये, सहायक आयुक्त स्नेहा करपे, नगरसेविका जयश्री वाडीभस्मे, भारती बुंडे, विशाखा बांते, वंदना भगत, नगरसेवक संदीप गवई, विजय चुटेले, प्रमोद चिखले, उप अभियंता सुनील गजभिये, सहायक अधीक्षक विजय थूल, प्रभारी विभागीय अधिकारी (आरोग्य) अरुण तुर्के उपस्थित होते.
जनता दरबारात सर्वाधिक तक्रारी अतिक्रमण व मलवाहिनी यासंदर्भात होत्या. याव्यतिरिक्त विहिरीतील दूषित पाणी, स्पीड ब्रेकर्सची मागणी, मोकाट कुत्र्यांचा त्रास, अरुंद रस्ते, उद्यानांमधील असुविधा अशा विविध समस्यांही नागरिकांनी मांडल्या.
संपूर्ण शहरामध्ये सध्या अतिक्रमण हटविण्याची कारवाई सुरू आहे. अतिक्रमणाच्या समस्येकडे संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांनी प्राधान्याने लक्ष द्यावे. आवश्यक ठिकाणी मोका पाहणी करून अतिक्रमण हटविण्याबाबत सक्त कारवाई करण्याचे निर्देश महापौरांनी दिले. धंतोली झोनमधील काही परिसरांमध्ये वारंवार गडरलाईन चोक होत असल्याच्या तक्रारीसंदर्भात संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांनी स्वच्छता निरीक्षकासह मोका पाहणी करून अहवाल सादर करण्याचे निर्देशही महापौरांनी दिले. सिवर लाईनही अतिक्रमणाच्या विळख्यात आहेत. यामुळे अनेक ठिकाणी त्या डॅमेज झाल्या आहेत. यामुळे आता नवीन सिवर लाईन टाकणे, पावसाचे पाणी घरात शिरू नये म्हणून पावसाळी नालींची निर्मिती करण्यात यावी, यासह विविध मागण्याही महापौरांच्या ‘जनता दरबारा’मध्ये करण्यात आल्या. संबंधित कामांमध्ये येणारे अडथळे दूर करून येत्या ७ दिवसांमध्ये प्रस्ताव सादर करण्याचे निर्देशही महापौरांनी यावेळी दिले.
महापौर संदीप जोशी यांच्या जनता दरबारामध्ये नागरिकांनी एकच गर्दी केली होती. प्रत्येकजण आपल्या परिसरातील समस्या सुटाव्या, या आशेने जनता दरबारात सहभागी झाले होते. प्रत्येक तक्रारकर्त्याला महापौर संदीप जोशी यांनी आश्वस्त केले. वैयक्तिक जागेवर शेजारच्याने केलेल्या अतिक्रमणामुळे वृद्ध दाम्पत्य त्रासलेले होते. तो व्यक्ती गुंड प्रवृत्तीचा असून त्यांनी दाम्पत्याला मारहाण करण्यासाठी गुंड पाठविल्याची कैफियतही त्यांनी मांडली. या तक्रारीवर महापौर संदीप जोशी यांनी त्यांना दिलासा देत जर यापुढे असा काही प्रकार घडला तर आपण स्वत: उभे राहून त्याचे अतिक्रमण हटविण्याची कारवाई करु, असे आश्वस्त केले.
जनता दरबाराला संबंधित विभागाचे अधिकारी, कर्मचारी आणि नागरिक मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.

शहरातील बाजार, चौक, गर्दीच्या ठिकाणी प्रसाधनगृहांची व्यवस्था नसल्याने नागरिकांची विशेषत: महिलांची कुचंबना होते. शहरातील प्रसाधनगृहांची संख्या तोकडी असल्याने संपूर्ण महापौर निधी प्रसाधनगृहांच्या निर्मितीसाठीच खर्च करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. त्यानुसार शहरातील दहाही झोनमधील गर्दीच्या व आवश्यक ठिकाणच्या जागेची उपलब्धता लक्षात घेउन ४८ ठिकाणी प्रसाधनगृह बनविण्यात येणार आहेत. यासंबंधी मंगळवारी (ता.४) महापौर संदीप जोशी यांनी झोननिहाय उपलब्ध जागांचा आढावा घेतला.

मनपा मुख्यालयातील महापौर कक्षामध्ये आयोजित बैठकीमध्ये महापौर संदीप जोशी यांच्यासह उपमहापौर मनीषा कोठे, आरोग्य समिती सभापती वीरेंद्र कुकरेजा, परिवहन समिती सभापती नरेंद्र (बाल्या) बोरकर, स्थापत्य समिती सभापती अभय गोटेकर, ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक संजय बंगाले, अतिरिक्त आयुक्त राम जोशी, कार्यकारी अभियंता (स्लम) राजेंद्र रहाटे, आरोग्य अधिकारी (स्वच्छता) डॉ.प्रदीप दासरवार, सहायक आयुक्त सर्वश्री प्रकाश वराडे, राजू भिवगडे, अशोक पाटील, हरीश राउत, गणेश राठोड, सहायक आयुक्त स्नेहा करपे व संबंधित संस्थांचे प्रतिनिधी उपस्थित होते.
यावेळी महापौरांनी नगरसेवक व झोनकडून आलेल्या प्रस्तावावर चर्चा केली. दहाही झोनमधून प्रसाधनगृहांसाठी एकूण ६८ प्रस्ताव प्राप्त झाले. त्यानुसार संबंधित ठिकाणची आवश्यकता व जागेची उपलब्धता लक्षात घेउन ४८ ठिकाणी प्रसाधनगृह निर्मितीचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. या प्रसाधनगृहांच्या निर्मितीची जबाबदारी संबंधित एजन्सींना यावेळी देण्यात आली.

प्रसाधनगृह निर्मितीच्या कार्यवाहीला गती द्या
शहर स्वच्छता व नागरिकांच्या सुविधेच्या दृष्टीने शहरात प्रसाधनगृहांची निर्मिती होणे आवश्यक आहे. यादृष्टीने संदीप जोशी यांनी महापौर पद स्वीकारताच संपूर्ण महापौर निधी प्रसाधनगृहांसाठी वापरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. यासंबंधी त्यांनी वेळोवेळी बैठक बोलावून आढावा घेतला. मंगळवारी (ता.४) झालेल्या बैठकीत झोननिहाय प्रसाधनगृहांची आवश्यकता व उपलब्ध जागेवर प्रसाधनगृह निर्मितीची जबाबदारी संबंधित एजन्सींकडे दिली. ६ कोटी महापौर निधीतून संपूर्ण शहरात ४८ ठिकाणी प्रसाधनगृह बनविण्यात येणार असल्याचे त्यांनी जाहीर केले. सर्व प्रसाधनगृहांचे 15 मार्चपूर्वी भूमिपूजन होउन काम सुरू होणे आवश्यक असून त्यादृष्टीने आवश्यक कार्यवाहीला गती देण्याचे निर्देश त्यांनी यावेळी दिले.

शासन के आदेशों का यदि समय पर ठीक से पालन होने लग जाए तो इसमें कोई शक की बात नहीं के हर शहर या राज्य की सूरत ही बदल जाएगी।दरअसल मामला कुछ इस तरह का है के बहुत समय से शहर के ओरेज सिटी से खामला रोड और उसके आसपास चल रहे है सड़क निर्माण कार्यों में लापरवाही से काम चल रहा था ।जिससे आम जनता को काफी परेशानियों का सामना कर पड़ रहा था।

लेकिन अब ऑरेंज सिटी से खामला रोड के कुछ ये हाल है के कार्य बहुत ही प्रगति से आगे बढ़ रहा है जानना चाहते है ऐसा हुआ कैसे ? असल में राज्य महानगर पालिका में कुछ दिनों पूर्व ही निगम आयुक्त आईएएस अधिकारी तुकाराम मुंडे ने पदभार संभाला है। और आते ही उन्होंने सड़क निर्माण और उसकी गुणवत्ता व कार्य के प्लान पर एक्शन लेना शुरू कर दिया है।

यहां तक के आलम ये है के जहां दूर दूर तक महीनों कोई ठेकेदार या मजदूर साइट पर नजर नहीं आते थे। वहां हाल यह है के सड़क निर्माण का काम तेजी से चल रहा है और तो और अभी रोड का काम पूरी तरह से खत्म भी नहीं हुआ के फुटपाथ पर पीले काले रंग की पुताई शुरू होगई है।

एक तरह से देखा जाए यदि ऐसा ही चलता रहा तो कई काम समय पर और अच्छी क्वालिटी के साथ पुरे होंगे।
