आंदोलक आणि पोलिस यांच्यातील धुमश्चक्रीत उत्तर प्रदेशात आतापर्यंत 6 जण ठार झाले आहे. मात्र राज्याचे पोलिस महासंचालक ओ.पी.सिंग यांनी फक्त 5 मृत्यूंना दुजोरा दिला असून, एकाचाही मृत्यू पोलिस गोळीबारात झाला नसल्याचा दावा केला आहे.
हिंसक निदर्शने : बिजनोर जिल्ह्यात 2 आंदोलकांचा आणि संभल, फिरोजाबाद, मेरठ व कानपूरमध्ये प्रत्येकी एका आंदोलकाचा मृत्यू झाला. या संघर्षात पन्नासपेक्षा अधिक पोलिस कर्मचारी जखमी झाले आहेत.

For this flight service, 180-seater Airbus A320 will be used according to details.The direct flight of NAG-GOA-NAG will take effect from 2 February. It leaves flight 6E-449 at 2 am and reaches Goa at 03:20 am.The return flight will depart from Goa at 3:50 am and will arrive from flight 6E-664 at 6 am in Nagpur.
When transferring money online from today, you don’t have to look at your watch or calendar as Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has allowed National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) facility to be available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. So far, only between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and on those days when banks were open could you transfer money.NEFT transfers have now been divided into half-hourly batches with the settlement of the first batch starting after 12:30 am (after midnight) and the last batch ending at midnight.This NEFT timing cycle will run roundtheclock.Since the last NEFT payment batch will end at midnight, you may not be able to complete a transaction after 11:30 p.m. until the beginning of the next batch at 12:30 am the next day. RBI has decided to make NEFT money transfer facility available not only for 24 hours a day, but also on all days of the year, including holidays. So far, the NEFT facility was not available on bank holidays, and people had to wait for bank branches to open up even online money transfers. So far, NEFT transactions have been settled between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. On the first and third Saturdays, the settlement took place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. RBI will promote digital transactions in India. So far, IMPS facility has allowed 24×7 transfer of funds online, but had a limit of 2 lakhs. NEFT transactions made after banking hours will be automated using the’ Straight Through Processing (STP)’ method by the banks. The existing rule of crediting the beneficiary’s account or returning the transaction (within 2 hours of settlement of the respective batch) to originating bank will continue, RBI said. Banks are expected to send confirmation messages for all NEFT credits. RBI has asked banks to ensure that all required infrastructural specifications for the seamless NEFT 24×7 facility are available to their customers at their end. Many banks, such as the State Bank of India (SBI), ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank, do notcharge anything for electronic NEFT transactions. In July, RBI abolished all charges for the transfer of funds through NEFT and RTGS and also asked banks to pass on the benefits to customers. RBI also recommended that banks be required to make all electronic NEFT transactions free of charge for savings bank account customers from January 2020.There is no minimum NEFT transfer cap, but it is usually used for transfer of funds up to 2 lakhs.RTGS is used for highvaluetransactions. The total NEFT limits vary from bank to bank and also depend on the class of the customer.For example, ICICI Bank allows NEFT transfers up to 10 lakhsfor most customers but for others, NEFT transactions up to 25 lakhs may be required.
A picture of two mice engaged in a scuffle at an Underground station in the capital has been shortlisted for the National History Museum’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year LUMIX People’s Choice Award.
The action shot – named Station Squabble – was snapped by Sam Rowley and is one of 25 photos shortlisted for the award.
If you’re wondering how Mr Rowley captured the mousey melee, here’s the explanation offered on the Natural History Museum website: “Sam discovered the best way to photograph the mice inhabiting London’s Underground was to lie on the platform and wait.
“He only saw them fight over scraps of food dropped by passengers a few times, possibly because it is so abundant. This fight lasted a split-second, before one grabbed a crumb, and they went their separate ways.”
While the picture is undeniably brilliant, it is one of many great candidates up for the award. Other notable contenders include a polar bear playing with her cubs in Canada, a saucy leopard lounging on its side in Kenya and a bunch of near invisible reindeer in the snow in Norway.
डिसेंबरच्या दुसर्या किंवा तिसर्या आठवड्यात निर्भयाच्या दोषींना फाशी होण्याची शक्यता असून पवन जल्लाद असे फाशी देणाऱ्याचे नाव असल्याचं सांगण्यात येत आहे. फाशी देणाराचा व्यवसाय हा संपूर्ण जगात एक वेगळा व्यवसाय आहे. काही देशांमध्ये ही पूर्णवेळ नोकरी असते, बहुतेक देशांमध्ये पार्ट नाइम नोकरी असते. फाशी देणाऱ्यांना किती पगार मिळतो हे जाणून घेण्याची तुम्हालाही उत्सुकता असलेच.
सर्वाधिक फाशी किंवा फाशीची शिक्षा चीन, इराण, सौदी अरेबिया, इराक आणि व्हिएतनामसह जगातील पाच देशांमध्ये दिली जाते. चीनमध्ये फाशीची शिक्षा सहसा रांगेत ठेवली जाते, परंतु इराण, इराक, सौदी अरेबिया आणि व्हिएतनाममध्ये फाशी किंवा शिरच्छेद करून मृत्यूदंड दिला जातो.
भारतात सध्या फाशी देणारे दोन अधिकृत जिल्लाद आहेत. जे उत्तर प्रदेश आणि पश्चिम बंगालमधील आहेत. 2000 च्या दशकापर्यंत पश्चिम बंगालमध्ये एक प्रसिद्ध फाशीदार असायचा. त्याला नटा मल्लिक म्हणून ओळखले जाते. नोंदीनुसार त्याने 25 हून अधिक लोकांना फाशी दिली.
कोलकाता येथील रहिवासी नटा मल्लिकने 2004 मध्ये धनंजय चटर्जी यांना अखेर फाशी दिली. धनंजय हा एका अपार्टमेंटमध्ये सुरक्षारक्षक होता, जिथे त्याने एका अल्पवयीन मुलीवर अत्याचार करून तिची हत्या केली.
कसाबला फाशी देणाऱ्याला मिळाले 5000 रुपये
जेव्हा मुंबई हल्ल्यात पकडलेला पाकिस्तानी दहशतवादी अजमल कसाब याला पुणे तुरूंगात फाशी देण्यात आली होती, तेव्हा ज्याने त्याला फाशी दिले त्याचे नाव बाबू जल्लाद असे आहे. परंतु, या माणसाची ओळख कधीच समोर आली नाही. नंतर महाराष्ट्राचे गृहमंत्री आर.आर.पाटील यांनी एका मुलाखतीत सांगितले की या फाशीसाठी फाशीदाराला पाच हजार रुपये देण्यात आले होते. हा जल्लाद महाराष्ट्र पोलिसातील कुणीतरी असल्याचे सांगण्यात आले. त्याने याकूब मेननलाही फाशी दिली होती.
फाशी दिल्यानंतर रस्सी विकतात
फाशी दिल्यानंतर नाटा मल्लिक यांनी दोऱ्यांची विक्री केली. त्यांनी एका लॉकेटची दोरी सुमारे 2000 रुपयांना विकली. ज्यात जुन्या फाशीच्या दोर्यादेखील होत्या. तो एक दोरी 500 रुपयांना विकत असे. नाटा मल्लिक हा पश्चिम बंगालचा एक सुप्रसिद्ध फाशी देणारा होता. तो फाशी देऊन दोरी सोबत घेऊन यायचा. तर या दोरीचे लॉकेट बनवून घातल्यानंतर नशिब बदलते अशी त्याची अंधश्रद्धा होती.
2008साली त्यांचे निधन झाले. त्यानंतर त्याचा मुलगा मेहताब हे काम करत आहे. सामान्यत: फाशी देणारा हा वंशावळ असतो. नटा मल्लिकच्या आधी त्याचे वडील आणि बाबा असेच करायचे. नटा मल्लिक हा भारतात सर्वाधिक पैसे मिळवणारा जल्लाद असल्याचे म्हटले जाते.

नेशनल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक फंड ट्रांसफर (NEFT)के जरिए किसी भी वक्त ऑनलाइन ट्रांजेक्शन की सुविधा अवकाश समेत सप्ताह के सातों दिन उपलब्ध होगी. इसका मतलब ये हुआ कि अब आप कभी भी और किसी भी वक्त NEFT के जरिए पैसों का ऑनलाइन लेन-देन कर सकते हैं.यहां बता दें कि NEFT ऑनलाइन ट्रांजेक्शन का एक तरीका है. इसके तहत आप एक समय में 2 लाख रुपये तक की राशि ऑनलाइन ट्रांसफर कर सकते हैं. अभी की बात करें तो सामान्य दिनों में NEFT ट्रांजेक्शन सुबह 8 बजे से शाम 7 बजे के दौरान होता है.वहीं पहले और तीसरे शनिवार को सुबह 8 बजे से दोपहर 1 बजे तक घंटे के आधार पर किया जाता है. इसको लेकर हाल ही में रिजर्व बैंक ने नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया है.
नंबर पोर्टेबिलिटी अब चंद दिनों में
अगर आप मोबाइल नंबर पोर्ट कराने की सोच रहे हैं तो 16 दिसंबर से आपका काम आसान हो जाएगा. इसके बाद आप सिर्फ 3 कामकाजी दिन में नंबर को पोर्ट कराया जा सकेगा.वर्तमान की बात करें तो मोबाइल नंबर पोर्ट कराने में 15-20 दिन लग जाते हैं. हालांकि, दूसरे सर्कल में नंबर पोर्ट पांच कामकाजी दिन में पोर्ट करा पाएंगे. इन बदलावों के लिए 10 से 15 दिसंबर तक पोर्टिंग सुविधा बंद रखी गई है.

The Transport Department of Nagpur Municipal Corporation inaugurated the general public utility from Bardi to Bhandewadi Railway currently. Deputy mayor Manisha Kothe waved the green flag at the inauguration. Legislative Committee president Ad. Dharmapal Meshram, Nehru Nagar Zone president Samita Chakole, Suraj Jhodape, Mukesh Shende, Ashok Deshmukh, Rajesh Sheleke, Rajesh Sangwar were present on the occasion. Following continuous demand of the citizens to start a bus company from Bardi to Bhandewadi, Legislative committee president and councilor Dharmapal Meshram took the initiative and began the bus company. From Bardi to Bhandewadi, the bus can travel via Bhandawadi train depot to Bidgaon Fata, Swaminarayan Temple, Kharbi, Iswarnagar, Bhandeplot Chowk, Sakkadara Chowk, Krida Chowk, Medical Chowk, Bus Stand and Manas Chowk. Tickets for the bus is Rs 29 and a half-price ticket is at Rs 15. The bus will depart from Morbhavan at 7.50, 9.35, 11.40, 13.25, 15.10, 16.55, 18.35 and depart at Bhandewadi railway station at 8.40,10.25,12.30,14.15,16.00 and 17.45. The transport department has appealed to the locals to use the bus company. Transport Department’s Ramrao Matkar, Sukir Sontakke, Sunil Mushrif, Yogesh Navaghare, Mukesh Andhare, Rohit Mende, Navneet Ramteke, Praveen Naik were present on the occasion.
